Cineworld Unlimited Card - £118.79 a year (i.e. £9.90 a month!) @ Lets Go Rewards (PLUS CASHBACK!?)

If you sign up to a free trial of 'Let's Go Rewards' you can then buy from them a code to get a Cineworld Unlimited card for 1 year for £118.79 (or £142.19 including West End) - making it the equivalent of £9.90 (£11.85 in West End) a month instead of the usual £14.99.

I think there may be a way of getting cashback from signing up to 'Lets Go Rewards' also - £12 through 'Metro Moneyback' (affiliated with the daily paper of the same name). However I've never used that site before so can't vouch for it - also you have to have reach your first billing date with 'Lets Go' before you're eligible. Might be a good insurance policy in case you forget to cancel in time though?

In ADDITION you may be able to get Quidco or Topcashback when you enter the code to actually claim the unlimited card into the Cineworld website. (See the links posted by other people below). If you got just the topcashback that would bring price down to £103.64 (£8.63 per month!!!) - although obviously cashback is never guaranteed.

Lets Go Rewards can be cancelled at any time - it isn't a 12 month contract. This is their blurb: "You can cancel your Let’s Go... Rewards membership at any time during your trial period by calling 0800 028 3791* and owe nothing. If you cancel after your trial period, no further fees will be charged, however, any fees already paid will not be refunded"

Further as posted by CJRogers (and the Money Saving Expert on his site before this offer became available) you can get a friend into a film with you free using this card on Orange Wednesdays.

Various offers for Unlimited card holders - cineworld.co.uk/unl…its
Edited by: "MisterMister1985" 27th Jan 2012
I dunno! Was thinking about ringing up and threatening to leave - saying I can get it cheaper through them if they don't drop price! Hmmmmm!
£15.15 back in your pocket (eventually) with topcashback, or a free 6 weeks depending how you look at it.

I have had one for years i use it enough to make it worthwhile so its good for me if you don't mind seeing any movie its good. You only have to see 2 films a month then it pays for itself.
Great deal. Go once a month and you've basically got your money back on it.
Quidco = £15 cashback ...?
just a quick one..screenshot says 'pairs of tickets required'

so is it £118.xx for a pair of annual tickets?
Would get one if my local Cineworld wasn't stuck in the past with its non-digital projectors.

I think the page only used to sell pairs individual tickets - and they haven't factored in ALL the permutations of selling individual unlimited cards. When you go through the checkout you only get charged one lot of £118.79. Im pretty sure you only get one unlimited card for that?
I have one of these. I really like it. Its good most months but their is always a few months where theres nothing out. This month hasnt been great and it feels like im not getting my moneys worth, but then cineworld emailed me and said ive seen over 150 films this year haha!
BTW if your a couple and you just get one card, you can get you both in for free on orange wednesdays. I havent dont this because i like the flexibility of going when i want but its good if you think £15 each is too much to pay.

Hey mate, I'm guessing you're from Blackburn because of the avatar. Will this work with the Vue in blackburn?

That's just under on average 3 a week... That is good going! You must like films! Can you still hear ok?
Say I buy a pair of "Cineworld 12 Month Unlimited Pass Excluding West End" amounting to £237.58, do I get the usual cineworld unlimited pass and I could cancel "Lets Go" membership after a month.

Can someone kindly take the trouble to explain please? I am tempted but equally worried!!!

Nope - Cineworlds only! Sorry!
Just to let everyone know that with these cards you are unable to pre-book tickets over the phone or online. You can only collect your tickets on the same day as the performance at the box office in the cinema.

Still a great deal but you should be aware before you order :-)
ironmike2012

a pair of tickets can mean one set

Everything else on the drop down list is in pairs, so you they haven't updated their website for single purchases, but this is definitely one single unlimited ticket.

To get the offer, log in - Click on 'Tickets' --> 'Cinema Tickets' --> 'Paper Vouchers' --> 'Over 300 Cinemas .....'
So there's actually not much point in going through the hoops for the Metro cashback, as you actually have to pay your first bill of £10 to only then get £12 back - too much hassle for £2 I would've thought...

Great deal otherwise though, heat added :>
I have just started using Quidco and would like to take up this offer as well. Do i sign up with the first one, then click through to the cineworld page, THEN quidco? I am unsure how to get quidco to register that I have a new membership if I am doing it through a different site? Any help greatly appreciated!
I've already got an Unlimited card. Has anyone managed to cancel theirs and get this deal instead?
Anyone know if this is valid for customers in Ireland?

You always go through Quidco first to take up any offer, do not use other link first as otherwise will allocate click elsewhere and you wont get cashback

I just now called Cineworld on 0844 372 3445, cancelled, signed up with Let's Go Rewards, and purchased the code - I have not received the code yet however did receive a confirmation email of my purchase.

did they cancel it straight away or do you need to give a month notice?
Does it say anywhere how long the code works for? My current membership doesn't end until March, but I'd like to buy this for next year.
Great deal, do I buy..hmm..ok then.. heat added..
