Back in June, the 5 piece infinite hard anodised set, plus the stockpot was on offer at £81 on Amazon (I bought it) so I would hold out for a better deal.

Lovely pans i had this with 5.5 ltr free all for £99 so better wait

Always use these pans , the frying and skillet pan lasted 10 years of heavy use . I purchased a new 5 piece set 6 months ago for £90 , great set .

Bought five piece for £64.13 in June (wedding present) I also bought the stock pot for £25.63 at the same time. I can't remember if the deal was conditional on buying both.

I need more wedding presents but not at that price, will keep an eye on them though.

These pans are well worth the money even at £143 we bought ours after much research at pretty much full price 6 years ago!

The anodised coating comes off eventually if you use a metal potato masher as we do but still super pans especially for induction hobs.

Thinking about these but I tend to cook a lot of frozen chicken which I then cut up once thawed during cooking, anyone got any ideas if these with tolerate this or will scratch up like my last set? Any ideas on what I can do in general to stop this bar letting it defrost and pre cutting up?

Get a jigsaw and cut it up first. These will scratch if you use a knife in the pan.

You might as well just buy a metal stockpot for that specifically and use these for 'normal' day to day cooking. Guessing you don't need non stick for the chicken separation activity...

I can confirm this as I bought them on that deal too! Beautiful pots, a real joy to use.

Use any metal implements on a coating and it will eventually bring it off, it wouldn't be covered by any guarantee either as that would be termed "abuse of the product or unsatisfactory use"

You could try cutting the frozen chicken before hand with a bread knife or really sharp knife. Or lift it out once thawed, chop it up and chuck it back in.

Fantastic pans.

Don't be a wally though and use metal utensils.

You wouldn't clean a painted wall with a scouring brush so why would you scratch the life out of a coated pan with metal utensils? It's common sense...
