Had these for a couple of years and the none stick coating started to come off. I know it’s a lifetime guarantee but honestly couldn’t be bothered with the hassle (everything none stick eventually fails).
I’ll never buy none stick again, we replaced them with the Le Creuset SS pans and frying pans and they will genuinely last a lifetime and are only marginally more trouble to clean (occasionally need a soak if you’ve had the pan too high and something has caught)
Triple set of pans have 40% off at the minute too...

I have similar pans from circulon. And whilst they are the best pans I have bought, after 15 years they need replaced.

Love my circulon pans - have had this set for quite a few years and with daily use the coating is only starting to come off the small one. So annoying because I really want to justify buying the Le Creuset ones!!!

Do you put them in the dishwasher Daz or hand wash? They say they’re dishwasher safe but we wondered if that could have led to such early wear and tear?
also cannot recommend the Le Creuset set enough, if your on the fence just do it! And if your still on the fence read this article about your breaking down none stick coating.

A bit of both, but the small pan has definitely been in the dishwasher more than the others so I think you’re right - plus I noticed my gf insists on using metal spoons to scrape out leftovers! I feel nauseous just thinking about it!
The Le Creuset pans have been added to my Christmas list Thanks

The 5 piece set at Amazon was better value - hopefully they’ll bring it back for Black Friday

I actually bought direct from Le Creuset in a sale as they were cheapest by some margin. I only posted the JL as it came up on google

Pretty sure it will be the metal scraping that’s done for your nonstick coating! Dishwashers only get up to about 70c. Barely warm compared to cooking!

We’ve had our circulon pans for a few years and they are almost good as new despite regular dishwashing.

Thanks ordered some for my mum. I have had mine since 2011 and they are still as good as the day I bought them. I always use the non metal tools with them so thinking that may have helped.

That's actually a slightly different set which is the same price as JL...

We have circulon saucepans, the outside coating came off. I rang circulon and they said it was because of the dishwasher even though says dishwasher proof and because it was only cosmetic would not replace . As I had had them less than a year I rang Amazon who were great and replaced them straight away. The new ones are doing the same- very disappointing. Good deal though heat added,
For those that have had the coating come off I presume the company replaced them, or can do so?
I only use wooden or silicone spoons. It should be noted that after coming out of the dishwasher, there can be a few water spots which look a bit like damage, although they just wipe away. The non-stick has been scratched on the bottom of two of our pans and I know this is exclusively down to the Mrs putting cutlery 'to soak' in the pan, despite my best efforts to prevent her doing so. What is not acceptable from Circulon is that the pan lids are gradually wearing away the coating around the lip of the pans where the lid comes into contact.

This Infinite range has a much harder outside coating that the cheaper Circulon set often sold at this price which I think has an anodized exterior and scratches easily.

I sent photos to Circulon when I was getting the coating flaking off whilst cooking. Only my smaller pans were affected (I think from using metal spoons etc to stir baked beans!) I was a bit worried as I'd originally bought them from BHS and couldn't find a receipt but found the customer service brilliant. The set I had were discontinued but they replaced whole set with the new equivalent within a few days.

Yes, replacing mine now after similar period. Keeping the lids though as they’re immaculate and draining lids too.

Great customer services. No excuses or anything and true to their word
We’ve had a set of Circulon pans for a few years now. The non stick coating went on the frying pan first, then the smaller pot. Both replaced no problem whatsoever.:)

Seems it's random, they weren't interested in replacing mine after 2-3 years with no metal implements, no dishwasher, etc.

The same company makes Anolon, which I prefer because it doesn't have the grooves in the base that are so awful to clean.

I'm not going to ragequit the brand, but I'm not going to be loyal to them either. Their quality and service doesn't justify the price for me.
All I can say is Circulon Infinite never get put in dishwasher, never get cold water straight in to a hot pan (to soak in the sink) and have never seen a metal implement.
Daily use for over twenty years and as good as new.
They were expensive but the best thing I have ever bought.

We got three uncoated SS pans, an uncoated frying pan and a big frying pan thing with a lid. The pans were a set but the frying pans were bought separate. They’re that well built I think they would each double up as a hammer in a pinch! The only one I’ve got a receipt for is the frying pan (£70 half price coz it’s the Professional one), the Mrs must have bought the pans but I’m sure they were under £200 for all three!
