Actually 8 pieces... And 5 lids
Just for info. Heat added.
Unfortunately the non-stick coating doesn’t last very long (and we don’t use metal utensils on them and wash by hand), that said, thanks to Costco’s remarkable policy were on our 5th set!
Circulon's coatings last for ever. 5th set!? You may not be using metal utensils, but you need to stop washing them in hydrochloric acid!

We’ve had our set for 10 years and still in excellent condition. The inner coating is still intact.

You're not the only one. I got this set a few years ago when it was on offer at Costco and non-stick coating is going on the more regularly used ones. I don't use metal utensils either!

How did you go about getting them replaced as keep thinking I really should get mine replaced?

Just return entire set & they refund no quibble 😁 we just returned 3 sets amongst our family that were bought 3 years ago.... I think these are a sub standard product mass produced for Costco- I've replaced mine with a Circulon Ultimum set as my last but one set of circulon stainless steel pans was great

I bought online. Did you buy online or in store? So did you just return for a refund then but another set? You're previous post made it sound like they'd replaced them under warranty?

Just got a refund in store... thought they were such rubbish didn't want to risk another set even though cost me more ££ to replace. If you use Hermes it costs about £12 to ship them ... I had to send to my mum first as now live in NI where there's no Costco 😣

I bought an Circulon set very similar to this about 18 years ago and it's still in very good condition. Impressed with Circulon, a few months ago I bought a bog standard 28cm frying pan and it's rubbish. The non stick coating is already wearing off.
I'm shocked by some of the stories here about the coating!

In fairness, I bought this set 4 months ago and they are still going strong. The non-stick coating is fantastic, even now.

There are very specific instructions in the box on how to use them, i.e don't use them on full heat or use on medium heat (something like that), best to handwash rather than dishwasher etc.

I'd be keen to hear if anyone has followed these guidelines?

I just took the complete set back, no box, they can look your up original purchase against your membership card.

By the looks of other members comments, I think not!
I don't see an issue with the coating if Costco replace them. It's the best buy ever, surely?
