Make sure you have left no gap between last letter and cursor at the end of your email address - this is Cisco, normal for them.
Any ideas how to get the linked page in English from Arabic?

Thank you for this OP.

I created an account and then logging into netacad.com I keep getting a redirecting to your organisation/post data identity.cisco.com message. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Any recognised certification at the end ?

Unfortunately for the certification you need to get in touch with an academy and usually pay for it.
I'm just wondering are these usually free? if not how much did they cost and how long are they free for?
Great 🏽
whats the quals ?
Still valid, just registered. Thank you!

This is Cisco NetAcad, so you get Certificates of completion, and a Letter of merit if you get 75% on the final exam. IIRC these can be publicly shared from the public profile there, and I've also seen a note somewhere that they partnered with LinkedIn to publish the badge on your profile there.
The Cisco certs (CCT, CCNA, CCNP etc) are something different, those exams are the real thing and require more advanced coursework (that you need to pay for). The ones posted here are beginner level (though free, so still worth doing for the completion certs as mentioned above).
