Confirmed in Norwich - just picked up the last copy.
Smoking , i paid £10 via cdkeys before xmas. You loose so many hours playing this game.

Word of warning , its a resource **** so make sure you have a decent quad core cpu and atleast 8gb or ram.
never heard of this game before- but sounds really interesting!

It's miles better than Simcity. No bugs and able to create HUUUUUGE cities!

When buying a physical copy I'd want it NOT to have to work with Steam - that's the entire reason why most people buy physical copies. However, if you're that desperate for Valve to remove your ownership of the game, just add it to Steam manually.

It does, although my copy activated only as the base version. Presume the (fairly inconsequential) deluxe bits may be on the disc but I won't be installing it for ages so no way to check.
