This is an official form of Identification and can be used in shops to buy ciggerettes or alcohol etc
The card can also be used to enter clubs and pubs.
If you look under 25 then it is a good thing to have on you.
Better than carrying your license or passport etc.
Usually priced at £15.00 but with the discount code will cost you only £1.00.
Urgent cards cost £30.00 but the £14.00 Discount works on this price too so will cost you £16.00 instead.

code is COOP

thanks

I feel like a right mug, I've been using cash all these years...
X) X) X) as a form of Identification..good one
remember..offer ends 15 Nov 2015
brilliant thanks very much!!
By what measure is this "official"? I can't see anywhere that is gas government backing.
nearly everywhere I've been ID'd in the last ten years has been passport or driving licence only

They're supposed to accept anything that has the "pass" logo on as that's some form of wizardy that 's apparently hard to forge. I know where I work Citizen Cards are accepted for ID.
hi great post heat added ordered my older kids one each.
My friend had one. She couldn't use it anywhere as its not a valid form of ID. If a place accepts it, think yourself lucky.
I had one of these, don't recall it being accepted anywhere - had to cave and get my provisional in the end.
My friend tried to use hers to get into a club. They let her in but the head bouncer hand-wrote her a note that she has to produce every time she goes to the club to get in. It's annoying but quite sweet at the same time!
Get laughed at around here trying to get into a club with one.

Head bouncer fancies ur friend me thinks
Good deal if it's accepted op.It's ridiculous having to carry your passport on a night out.I myself am always stopped and asked for id being so young looking and beautiful as I am.

Agreed. They always have a bit of banter whenever they see each other. Think there's a spark there!

Should be in description:

"Potential to start a romance from awkward encounters had with this card".

If that's not worth a quid, I don't know what is.
I work in a bank and we use a form
Of id!
I can only see this being useful for people without a provisional/driving licence.

true
Doesn't work, I showed this to the bouncer on my 14th birthday and he wouldn't let me in. Cold.
A lot of my friends used to have these a few years ago and they were useless, never accepted because you could rub the numbers off and replace them to fake your age

Highly doubt they're going to be of any use now either, best to use a provisional (cheaper to replace than a passport) or for those lucky enough grow a beard and never get ID'd again
McLovin
But it's the size of my driving licence, has a serious looking picture and a shiny silver hologram thing on it!! How can it NOT be official??

Edit: I voted cold and it got hotter??? Is citizencard owned by an admin? We should be told!!!

Heat for great price but sadly my kids tell me they are just not accepted anywhere (Worcester area) they go so they have to still use driving licence.
well the picture card is hot
In my experience these don't really work... bouncers/shopkeepers often refuse but a good deal nevertheless
This card is useless. I paid £30 for one of these and I was still refused entry to bars and clubs. A bouncer even told me that they weren't accepted because they're too easy to counterfeit.

I even complained to the company that distributes Citizen Cards and they accused ME of not being granted entry to bars or clubs because "I was probably too drunk or aggressive". Absolutely disgusting customer support. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Even at this price.
These are a good to have for teenagers who want to watch 15 rated films in the cinema and aren't old enough to apply for a provisional license
Waste of money. These won't get you in to 99% of clubs and bars. Passport or driving license only.

I don't see what the big deal about taking your driving license out is anyway. Cold deal.
Don't be fooled people, these will not get you into the pubs and clubs etc, they are useless... And that girl looks nothing like me anyway, so I'll stick with my drivers license.

if the majority accepted it, would be good. Drivers licence has a lot of sensitive information on the front which they really don't need to have. Clubs scan these things and store it on some crappy unsecured pc
what a scam!! - totally unofficial and useless - unless you like cheap holograms
no good unless in rajs corner shop who would give u alcohol n fags if u were 13

The proof-of-age documents which we accept in our pubs and bars are a valid UK passport, UK photocard driving licence, military ID or any PASS-accredited proof-of-age card. Staff are also able to accept foreign passports and ID cards; however, if unsure of their authenticity or unfamiliar with their features, they may feel unable to accept them. Please note that there may be exceptions to this, subject to local licensing and police advice.

So that's one chain of cheapo pubs that supposedly accepts it as ID.

I suspect in reality the places taking this sort of PASS card are going to be low level (pubs, your local newsagent, etc). Rock up to your nightclub with one and they'll no doubt laugh you all the way back to the cab you fell out of and claim to refuse entry on some other condition if you try and press the point about this "official" PASS card.
You can make this on photoshop for free just print and voila you have ID
This is really good, very helpful if you have young looking children or disabled children.
how is it better than carrying your license?
Hello I'd like to clear up what this card is.

Its an I.d. card which is a member of Pass scheme http://www.pass-scheme.org.uk/card-suppliers/

Pass is endorsed by the Home Office and Trading Standards and Police and its all about stopping under age sales of alcohol, cigs and other lovely things you wouldn't want youngsters getting their mits on like very large sharp knifes etc. Other than allowing a youngster to prove they can buy contraband it won't be much use for anything else.Obviously if you have access to the fountain of youth your sure to need one.

It's infinitely better if you don't have a license.
When you join you are encouraged to report anywhere that refuses to accept it - which is by its design kind of to the Home Office/Trading Standards too
For a quid is it the cheapest way for LEALTA discounts?

Provisional license is just £34 (I understand that this is 34 times more). As far as I know is accepted everywhere and is also a proof of address.
