Buying a Citizen watch from Argos is a dual admission that you know …Buying a Citizen watch from Argos is a dual admission that you know nothing about watches and should have worked harder at school.

Or it's an admission that you just don't give as much of a sh!t compared to other people.

Citizen make good watches, Argos offer decent warranty. The watch is attractive and not too pricey.

You don't have to imply insults to people just because your tastes and/or standards in watches are different to others.

I'm not butthurt. I know they're are better watches, and there are worse watches.

As long as it does the job, why does it matter?

No ..... Just no.
Classy. I like it.
Quite like it actually, much better than half these cluttered watches on HUKD with dials that do nothing.
Don't mind it, good price. In this instance the branding on the face spoils if a little. Darker writing maybe. Touch of the movado about it.

Beautiful watch
Very stylish. Similar design to Movado 1881
Bit like 'The Kings New Clothes' - there's no numbers!

Is that a fact?
I quite like that. But then, I couldn't possibly buy a watch that didn't show the seconds.

Such a ridiculous comment. Citizen have a strong history and make quality watches. Where you buy it from doesn't matter a jot.
