Ecodrive is excellent. Solar powered, once it is out of the box and gets going it won't miss a beat, had one for eight years still going strong. Initially it needs to charge up the battery, just put it on a window sill. Then it will go on indefinitely, even without any light it will keep time for several days. (edited)

Great watch you can tell the time without putting reading glasses on.
stays charged all the time if just left out of the box when not worn.

I bought this last month, looks nice and good lume, for price no brainer

I got this watch on JET2 flight about 5 years ago, still wearing it today. Looks great and stays fully charged for ages even in total darkness. The strap is also really comfortable being fabric and the number dials are slightly glow in the dark so can make out the time even at night. Fully recommend, cracking price 😃
