shame they're the ugliest car known to man

Wait for the flood of ugly car comments and the I wouldn't be seen dead in one comments, but try and find a bad review for them.

im not voting... but damn.. these are reallly UGLY.. Its like they got a 3d photo of peter andre's chest on the side LOL

these look ****.

Damn ugly but reviews are really good.

Just couldn't bring myself to have one, no matter how great the reviews are.

Ant the award for the "Ugliest Car ever released" goes to....

I saw one of these on the road today. One word; UGLY.

I would rather ride a bike or walk than go in that thing! WTF is with those material panels on the doors?!

Unbelievable

Bleurrrgh. That is the sound of throwing up.

Makes the Fiat Multipla look like an Aston

Can the panels be removed?

My ex's mother had a multipla.
That has to be the ugliest car I've ever had the misfortune of having seen.
This is marginally better. Marginally. Not acceptably better, but marginally X)

Got mine on order. Meh to all of yous.

It's ugly and I wouldn't be seen dead in one.

No more dings on yr doors with this

isn't the leather supposed to be inside the car !!

I ordered one last time round. I'm really happy with it! I do think some of the colour combinations don't look brilliant, but I like mine...

That's the best colour combo i've seen to be fair purely because the dark colour hides the dark panels.

Still will never understand the logic behind those exterior panels

Excellent reviews; extremely practical, efficient medium sized crossover for city car money; 15k mileage makes this surely the best bang for buck car deal for quite a while. Forget the haters! It's a marmite car. We all know this.

There are plenty of folk that will be charmed by the design, and for them this is an unbelievable deal. Even for those that aren't enamoured with the design, well, we suck it up and buy alternative brands of canned beans if it's a good deal... and this is a good deal!

V4B only says price doesn't include metallic. Cactus solid colours include Hello yellow, Blue lagoon, Jelly red, Polar white, Sport red and Tapenade grey. Chances are they will only have up to a few colours but this may include a metallic for a bit extra.

Dont have an issue with it myself. Nice to see something a bit different. The inside looks tidy, and that is where you will spend all of your time anyway.

You ain't got no alibi

This is an absolute bargain! They're great cars no big deposit and the air bumps if you think about it could be perfect for a lease car when the time comes to give it back!!! I just hope similar deals cone up this time next year when my current lease is up as I would be first to sign!!!

I don't think it's that bad, but then again I like Nissan Jukes so many perhaps I have bad taste.

I'd be really interested if I hadn't just bought something else

lot of 'ugly' comments but I like them. efficient, fairly nippy, good for speed bumps and potholes and those bubbles are very handy for stopping the carpark dings. voted hot

I used to think they were ugly but now they are growing on me, and its a family car so those door panels make sense when kids (and adults) bang things into the doors. Its nice to see a car manufacturer trying something different with the design, even if you don't like it you have to admire citroens thought to do something different!

I did see one on the road the other day in all black like the one above and it looked lovely. It had some small bits of red (possibly wing mirrors) which added a bit of character to it.

I'd probably get one in bright yellow with dark plastic panels just to p!ss off the neighbours !

I have one (1.2t petrol), and I love the fact some people hate its looks, I just imagine them getting all wound up in their dreadfull deezul insignias, i30s or astras unable to keep up at the traffic light grand prix. However, if everyone who hated the looks bought one, in which case they wouldn't have to look at the outside, that would leave everyone else who does like it admiring your car giving you a nice ego boost. If you've ever owned a BMW (i8 excepted) or audi, you've probably never had a compliment (unless it was from a baseball cap wearing toothless chav) but I've had more people come over to have a look round my car than when I had one of the first Toyota IQs in the country. Will get rid of it next year as I have a short attention span, but its one of the most interesting and surprising cars I've driven. Most surprising is it hasn't broken down yet.

Edit - only thing that gets irritating is the touch screen. It takes sometimes up to 10 seconds to boot up after a cold start, and impossible to set the temperature, or sat navy, or radio when you're blasting down a b road with kids sliding all over the place. Almost everything is controlled from the touchscreen, which is fine when stationary or when wife is driving, but sometimes buttons are just easier. Does look cool though and really easy to read even in bright sunshine. It also does postcode search although it isn't obvious.
