Step 1:
Buy any new 2017 Samsung UHD TV before 30th November 2017.


Step 2:Claim before 31st December 2017 and receive your 3 month NOW TV Entertainment Pass*.

How to claim1. After purchase, visit samsung.com/uk/…wtv on or before 31st December 20172. Click ‘Claim’ and go to the NOW TV website3. Complete the required information (Product serial number is on the back of your new TV)4. Click ‘Submit’5. Create a new or login to your existing NOW TV account (Credit/Debit card required)6. Your 3 month NOW TV Entertainment Pass will be added to your NOW TV account7. Open the NOW TV App on your Samsung TV8. Stream 250 box sets and the latest and best TV shows
Terms & conditions:Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited. UK residents aged 18+ only (Participants). Employees or agents of the Promoter, their families or households are not eligible to enter. Purchase a new (i.e. not second hand) Samsung 2017 UHD TV (Promotion Product) between 13/7/17-30/11/17 from a participating retailer and claim a 3 month NOW TV Entertainment Pass (Reward) by redemption. Once I get my code at least I'll have 365 days to redeem it, shame that GOT isn't coming out till 2019 I believe.

Try deleting the last digit of the serial number worked for me

So I don't need to use it on now tv before 31st Dec?
I would also like to know if it has to be used before 31st Dec - if you read terms and conditions,its not clear.Hopefullly the tv had to be purchased before 30th of nov and the now tv code redeemed using the serial number before 31st Dec.I and many others had problems redeeming the code as i used the serial number on the box not realising the serial number on the back of the tv had an extra digit at the end,after using that one it worked fine.

Didn't work for me, despite deleting the last character. It was ordered on the 25th of November but delivered on the 1st of December... which shouldn't affect matters.

Did you use serial number off the box or serial number off back of tv? Like i said above the serial number on the back of tv (an additonal letter 'J' in my case) worked for me.
Off the back of the TV. I reported it not working into Samsung yesterday, but given the promotion has now expired I'm not hopeful of them sorting it out. Never mind
Has anyone activated the free 3 month entertainment pass since 31st of December? I cannot try mine until march as my existing pass doesn't expire until then.

update:- pass not recognised when i tried using it in march 2018, after online chat i was told the pass expired on 1/1/18 which i said was unfair as i couldn't use it until my existing pass expired,the guy from now tv apologised and as a goodwill gesture gave me a new pass code,so all good.
