Completely off Quidco now. After mentioning on a previous post that i didn't receive the £10 deal a few months back a Quidco rep replied asking me to email him, which i did. Over a week later... No reply. Rubbish customer service
Hmmm...

Hadn't occured to me until just now, but I did 3/4 of those promotions over Christmas for various amounts of extra money back. None of that ever occured. Didn't see a penny on top of the basic percentages that tracked.

Quidco has gone downhill a lot.

Was on lego only this morning, guessed no one claimed it.
This is great, been looking at getting the Short Circuit and Flight of the Navigator Blu Ray Steelbook and they are both £8.99 each.

Quidco can be tricky. Beware, they don't count VAT or delivery fees. So you'd be best to add up VAT and fees on top of purchase a recalculate things again otherwise they will decline the cashback (as they always do).

So basically spend £10.79
£1.99 Postage if order is less than £10.00.

Seeing post above then it needs to be at least £10.79 then, so postage charge won't be an issue.

This offer is available to the first 20,000 members who opt into the promotion only.

It doesn't say it excludes them, and that's exactly what I just ordered
I feel like we'll all need to cross our fingers to actually get this though...

Cheers Op, wasnt bothered about the Lego one but this is a slightly better offer, you can purchase items at £9.99 without having to pay extra for postage, if that helps. (edit - scrub that - forgot about the VAT is excluded)

btw, I've never had an issue with Quidco with any of these promotions, maybe sometimes I've had to open up a support call but they are always resolved in my favour.

I much prefer TCB to Quidco for customer service and tracking reliability and speed and the way that Quidco hide real time contact options behind their 'premium' option is annoying. That said I couldn't ignore this offer as it is very good if you were going to get something at zavvi anyway...
TCB is far better than Quidco now.

Still.. I like buying stuff so why not

Thanks OP

EDIT: £4.50 bonus tracked instantly in Quidco.. before Zavvi even tracked oO

Had my 3 of my last 5 not track at topcashback and 5 out of 5 tracked at quidco in the last 2 weeks so i guess it's swings & roundabouts with these cashback sites.

Yeah definitely, not saying any one is perfect, indeed there are pure scam cashback sites around like ilovecashback, which I lost around £30 of cashback to , so I only stick to the 'big two' now and I find both quidco and TCB are at least ok, TCB even nudging towards good for me, contacted them last week about a missing £2.50 bonus from a eBay purchase I had just recently made and a couple of days later they got back to me and cleared the payment for withdrawal right away saving me the 1-2 months I'd normally have to wait

I have those missing Christmas bonus offers with Quidco.
On top of that, a couple of gambling retailers I'd had cashback track with vanished from their site. I chased Quidco (I'm a Premium member) and their best suggestion (genuinely) was that I contact the gambling sites directly. I had to laugh.
"We're really sorry, you're not eligible for this offer"

I'll live.
I can't see anything re: VAT in the terms for this. Could someone point me in the right direction?
I made a £9.99 purchase before reading the comments.
(It's showing as tracked, but I know that's not reliable)
Well my £9.99 purchase has tracked with the £4.50 cashback on Quidco's site, so I don't see how they can not pay out on this due to ex VAT now.

The 25 pence normal Quidco cashback hasn't shown up like Derp1664's yet but that'll be a matter of time I suppose as normal.

I did 4, 3 of which paid out automatically, I'm currently fighting them for the last one.
Quidco can kiss my hairy ass, I will never use them over topcashback again.
Sweet! Had my eye on the Red Dwarf X steelbook since it dropped to £11.99. Definitely no excuse now
Just hope cashback tracks since I paid with PayPal...
If you're a longtime member of Quidco they'll make you 'premium members', this means they get to keep the first £5 of cashback. In my case it also meant I wasn't getting anything off them!
Complained on the site and got a stock email saying they'll sort it, nothing happened. Complained on Facebook and they managed to sort it out in days

FSDQUIDCO It wasn't working when I tried it this morning though.
Meh, can't find anything on there I want now.
Cheers, bought a couple of ciggy lighter - USB adaptors I was needing
I think the big question about this deal is that is there anything worth buying? It seems to me that some prices have just been put up by £4 or so in the same way Amazon increase the standard price of new games by £2 to cover the £2 "prime discount". I maybe wrong but I doubt there's any real bargains there. It's also hit and miss whether Quidco will give you your money back as well.

Nice one! Thanks for the heads up
My protein Alpha Men vits (240 tablets) - better price than MP website (even with their codes) and no delivery fee! Plus works out at £8 as bonus just tracked also - cheers OP!
Wouldn't touch this bunch of shisters with a barge pole !! Last order with them was cancelled by them as item not in stock. Partial refund 2 weeks later and when I chased it up denied owing anything more......to cut a long story short only got my full refund after taking them to the small claims court. DON'T PURCHASE FROM ZAVVI !!!
