    Yea, with the 3rd offer. Used that a few times, up to 5 or 6 batteries and two chargers now. The toolbag thing is also suprsingly good.

    They've started getting very slow with these deals. You'd always get confirmation within 4 weeks, sometimes they'd take linger to ship, but you'd know they'd accepted the claim. The last few have been 2+months of radio silence until they eventually process the claim.
    Its been 100% success, but they sure do take a while.

    I purchased a drill set and have jumped through hoops so far and still not received my award despite lots of ping pong emails . The pro app won’t allow you to register without a door number being as I live on a farm
    I don’t have one so I had to put a 1 in front of my house name . that was the start of a long journey .I registered the equipment on the app and … nada , had to get on to Cust services who were ok they sent it off and the courier says I signed for the parcel eh…..no being as I do t know who the courier was 4 weeks on still nada . Waste of time .

    Try to contact bosch pro team on facebook worked for me helpfull team. Recommend them don’t waste time without reporting the delay.

    Not being funny, but the offerings from Bosch are a bit rubbish these days. 😩

    I remember a couple of years back where if you bought one tool, you were able to bag the circular saw.

    Not sure what the spend had to be (£180 perhaps?), but as I had the saw already, sold the new boxed ones for £115 & £120 (did the offer twice), which effectively knocked that amount of the each tool I purchaed.

    Did take a couple of weeks to arrive, but no real issue otherwise.

    Its free to do a pro account not a big deal and in that way you can check the claim process. I finally got mine battery after 1month.
