That should help you stop better then
Hot thanks, still have a couple of bikes with v brakes so good find
There are brilliant. Been using them and performance is great under wet conditions
Confused. OP says V brakes, Customer feedback says V brake, but picture in reviews seems to show calipers (or at least the same type of brakes as on my bike). Are they one and the same? Thanks.

If you look closely, I don't think that picture in the review is a caliper brake - it just has an unusual caliper-like structure on it.

These pads are definitely for V brakes. See this page for some better pictures of the 3 common types of brake pads - these are what that page calls "threaded stud".
snappyfish and libretto, many thanks for your helpful replies. On studying the links you posted it seems that I have V brakes after all! I had always assumed that referred to the type that had the brake cable acting upon a 'saddle' through which the cable operating the pads passed though in the shape of an inverted V. It seems that I was greatly in error!

I have reserved the last pair in my local branch, though I will double check if they have another when I collect. Thanks again for your informed input. The power of HUKD indeed!

That's a v-brake booster. It stops the frame flexing when you brake hard. Haven't seen those since the 90's!
Have been buying these for couple of years now, awesome pads, especially for rainy/wet conditions - they actually work the best in these conditions. only prob is that they wear out quickly, so make sure to stock them
Can't seem to order, doesn't allow selection of either collection or delivery. Anyone else having problems?
Good pads by the way.

I had a set of these professionally installed on my bike and I can say that I lost about 50% of my breaking power.

I had them too. They're alright. Great value at this price. But you can do better for <£10, maybe <£5
Never got these 😯
