I bought this style (clarksoutlet.co.uk/p/5…106) in black for my 12 year-old son for school at the start of September. They have worn down quite a bit on the inside heel bit and could possibly do with having the heels partly replaced. However, in previous years when I have taken my son's Clarks' shoes to a shoe repairer, they have told me that the heels on most of the Clarks' school shoes can't be repaired as they are one sealed 'unit'. Does anybody think that this style (link above) could have the heels repaired so that they are level again and not lopsided (just wondering if somebody has bought the same ones before)? Thank you.

Take them back to Clark’s. They should last longer than a half term. They might replace them as they have done for me previously

Seeing that the shoes cost me £50, I would have thought that the soles/heels would have been really strong and with a good resistance to wearing down on either side. I don't know if they will just say that they have worn down like that due to the way that my son walks and refuse to replace them?

I have found them to be good with customers complaints. But that might just be the store I went to.

Ok, will give it a try.
cheers op, really fab deal - thanks!
As shown on BBC Watchdog 28 November 2018 when Watchdog reported on problems with disintegrating Clarks shoes. Rubbish shoes - they just disintegrate, rot and fall apart. Check your wardrobes - yours may well be rotting too. Worse still, Clarks just don't want to offer any reasonable kind of help. Awful company, awful shoes. Cheap, poor quality imports sold at inflated prices:

Thanks amazing deal yet again. Thanks
