Yes .No gimmicks like a so called digital motor.
I cannot understand why anyone would want a cylinder vacuum cleaner? They are awkward, clumsy, bulky. They are a pain. But each to there own I suppose. But it seems a lot of money considering the alternatives out there.

They are bullet proof, ask any actual cleaner what they would like to use and they always say a Henry...

Use a Henry and you will realise it’s the only hoover out there that actually has decent suction!

This is what I want to know too. I was looking for a decent price Dyson but a lot of people have said the Henry is better. I just hate the fact that you have to bend down to use it which may just be me but I've always ended up knackered by the end of it.
Buy a Henry and try it, You will understand how good they are. Review here

All professional office cleaners seem to use Henry Hoovers. Assume that's because it's a good hoover unless anybody knows of another reason.
Henry is good for some things, especially for getting under beds and furniture. But it’s hopeless for cat and dog hair even with the “aero” brush you can buy separately ... for that you’ll need an upright. A Dyson might well be good for pet hair but we got a second hand Kirby off eBay for not very much, the Kirby picks up pet hair no problem and it’s pretty much bombproof for build quality and reliability.
Same price at Argos

Or a Sebo Felix. I had the same issue with the Henry Vacuum, great for everything but hair. Sold my 6 year old Henry for £60 and bought the Sebo on eBay. The Sebo is so much better.
£99 is RRP now
Hopefully, once we leave the EU, we can buy proper vacuum cleaners:

I find a cylinder cleaner far more practical around the house, getting round and under furniture and up the stairs.

Although, if I wanted one in this particular format, then I'd sooner buy a wet and dry, like a Charles, rather than a Henry.
