Quicker than you can say click-clack, this sofa transforms from a modern sofa into a spacious bed in two swift movements. Designed for George Home, the focal piece fuses function, style and comfort through modern design.

• Charcoal
• 2-seater sofa bed
• Bed dimensions: H32xW170xD97cm

Anyone using it and is it large enough and comfortable for 2 people to …Anyone using it and is it large enough and comfortable for 2 people to sleep on?

I'm ordering one (so thanks, OP) but won't be setting it up yet.

I've seen similar before. I personally don't THINK it's big enough for two medium/large adults, but two small ones should fit fine, especially if they're really close friends lol. But I could be wrong.
A lot of people are hating on the cheap sofa bed. These are for light and occasional use. Handy in a teens room or for an unexpected guest etc. They aren't comfy, really? They're more about being comfier than sleeping on a floor or trying to sleep in a regular couch. They're not meant as a bed replacement. For the price, I think it's a good deal.

Looks similar to a more expensive one I got from Made. Uncomfortable.
Thanks op ordered. I posted a very similar sofa bed also from Asda a few years back and folks said it was easy to assemble, just screw in the legs. It was only £55 and I didn't order one 🤦

Is the 170cm width correct? That would be about 5'7", so I guess would sleep someone up to around 5'4"
Looks good for the money. Have some heat.
I had one of these for a while then later sold it on Gumtree. They're really not comfortable for guests. There's a huge gap in the middle where the join is.
Practical reviews from people basically saying beware. Deal hits 500+ degrees.....

They aren't overly comfortable but a mattress topper or duvet on top makes it much better. Its about the size of a single bed so I would say not big enough for 2 adults
Three things guaranteed with this sofa:
Neck (ache)
Back (ache)
And the Crack
If the design is the same as the red one I got a few years back (also Asda George) then after a few sleep out will start sagging..
are these the same as the Argos ones which are twice the price or am I being naive ?

totally agree. don't know what people expect for that price...if they want more comfort, they will need to pay more money for a more solid sofa bed. this sofa bed is for occasional use (sleeping)
Worst sofa bed ever! I had a red one and no way can you sleep on it.

Its terrible hard as rock. Seating is not super comfy
I have a very similar one. Mine has 2 holding positions for the back (fully upright and in between sofa/bed) - don't know if this is similar but that is convenient. The occasional guest finds it fine for sleeping, much better than any regular sofa. Add something on top of it if you want the extra comfort (really the only issue is the middle where it connects). And the click-clack mechanism is a pleasure to use, from sofa to bed in under 2 secs.
At this price you could call it a disposable sofa
Nice thanks!
OOS now

True! For the price, you can't expect more. I do think that click-clack sofas will never be comfortable, though, regardless of how much you spend. Paid £500 for one from Made, intending it to be for very occasional use in a spare room, but it was so uncomfortable to sit or lie on that it went straight back. Bought a large airbed instead, to be brought out when needed, and that space can be used for other stuff.

Got a similar one from IKEA and it'd probably be too narrow for 2 adults to sleep comfortably, but for one guest it's ideal if they're not to fussy

Yes, I am planning to buy Ikea one as well, it’s called ASARUM.
I placed the order yesterday at 16:30 and my order was cancelled two hours later with the following message. Website was still showing it in stock at the time of cancellation.

We're sorry to let you know that the following item(s) have been cancelled from your order, this is because either
  • You've requested the item(s) be cancelled.
  • The item(s) have gone out of stock and are not currently available.
Got mine today, looks great and is comfortable enough for the price.
