lol - probably just about afford the free bread
Looking at the sample menus on their site, 2 courses seems to be about £40 per head including a glass of wine, but the steak alone costs £32, so if you wanted that and a couple of glasses, £50-60 before your discount.

Great views here, nicely kept. It was until recently part of a family hotel group. They've kept the kids facilities, and you still get two hours of free child care each day if you have young kids.

After seeing those houses crash into the sea when those cliffs collapsed..... remember on the news.... It's put me off this hotel is to close and the cliffs around England are eroding and collapsing to much this last few years
The Lizard is a beautiful place to visit.

Cliffs have always eroded and collapsed, it's rather normal. Still a shame for buildings close to the edge though!
Voted hot, even though the pool will be cold
Highly rated hotel by the locals my father in law used to live in the lizard and would take his wife there regularly.
Never been my self but have heard great things only living on the opposite coast
Stayed about a quarter of a mile away from here in August and ate at this hotel one night. The restaurant was poor, and certainly expensive for what it was serving. I don't know about the rooms or facilities. The pool looks nice in the photos though the evening we were there it was chucking it down and it looked very sorry for itself indeed. The view is great but we couldn't even see the sea with the weather coming in!

The area is very nice, good clifftop walks. I imagine it'll feel a bit isolated out of season, as it felt pretty isolated in the middle of the season to be honest... Good beaches but they're a drive away from here (or a couple of miles of occasionally treacherous clifftop walk - Poldhu). Kynance cove is close, I liked Porthleven too. And it's right out of the way, but Fat Apples cafe is far and away the best place to eat on the Lizard.

That price is only for a nights stay there. You're not buying the place
That would be the night the cliff crashes into the sea along with the hotel!
Is this 99 quid each?
Sorry, just r2ad it again, per couple.

Not super expensive unless you want lobster/steak.

Not here my friend, the local cliffs are made of stone that is truly solid

No but there is a great pasty shop and a brilliant fish & chip shop within 15 mins walking distance and a really nice pub selling Proper Job on pump
