A good deal for this price since the same item in Tesco is £1.89. They also had Green Tea with Lemon, 25 bags for 49p.

Seen in Co-op Cheadle.

Just want to add that these are the best grean leaf tea bags in the world today. There may be better on other planets but they absolutely smoke the normally very good Twinings variates.

Also, I'd avoid the one with lemon, even if you like lemon.

I'm still living in hope of a magic mushroom and mango variety from Twinings.

I assume they didn't have the Mint ones then? My favourite

Good price, just ordered 300 on Amazon for £9.89, hope they get here before I move house ...

I'm currently working my way through a box of Tetley Green Tea with Pomegrante and i have to use 2 tea bags to get a cup to my preference. Clipper is by far the best brand i've come across so far. I've used the loose tea in the past too as i can brew it to my liking more easily.

No i didnt see any mint ones, although maybe the larger branches of Co-op may have them.

Great! my hubby drinks this like it's going out of fashion so with his staff discount I'll tell him to stock up! Thanks +++

I wish I could drink this but it actually smells (and I imagine tastes) like p1ss. Any tips on how to make it taste better?

Good deal

You can try to add a bit of honey to it, or a bit of lemon juice.

Try it with filtered water, only recently discovered how much better it tastes and the fruity variates smell great, so good to ease you in but then I never thought it smelled bad to begin with.

This isn't as nice at the green tea and jasmine from holland and barretts..by Heath and heather... Once you've had that you won't go back to any others!!

How to make the perfect cup of green tea

What you'll need

1. Star Trek Replicator
2. Patrick Stewart

Not everyone has access to these so you'll need this instead

1. Kettle
2. Clipper Green Leaf Tea
3. Honey
4. Water
5. Milky Way
6. Clear glass cup and saucer
7. A spoon

Pop the kettle on and place your tea bag in the clear glass cup. If you don't have a clear glass cup, you can make do with a sad porcelain one but really, why sully the tea?

When the kettle boils, hold on, don't go pouring boiling water onto a tea bag. The water is too hot now. Now you eat your Milky way. Take your time and savour the chocolately goodness of it. Now you can pour the water.

Llet the tea do its thing which will take 2 minutes, you can stir a bit if you're that way inclined.

Tea brewed its time to add honey. One tea spoon is all you're allowed. Anymore and you might as well get naked and smear it all over your body if you need it that much.

For some people this isn't sweet enough. So add a bit of sugar to taste. Remove the spoon as it can poke you in the eye when you come to drink from the cup.

Enjoy the perfect brew in front of the telly and feel superior to all those Tetley drinking neanderthals.

hot man, hotttttt

doesnt seem too be nationwide

oh no. I'll have a look in the city centre branches today.

Picked a couple at co op on Henley road, reading alongside the post office. Still few left on the shelf. Thanks OP. Marked as clearance. Rest of green teas were full price.

Tried two stores in leic .only had 25 packs.

not this price in castle donington, still full price at £95.00.... love the lemon ones

still full price at £95.00 in castle donington.... hate having to go to a village co-op

Ive found green tea bags are never green enough. I buy loose from an ebay seller and its much fresher, greener and the taste is a million times better. It's worth paying more for decent green tea.

is it wrong that i add milk and sugar? makes a lovely cup of tea, liked the pomegranate, mango but favourite was blueberry.

The Green Tea Police (GTP) have been alerted and are on their way.

Had a look in the Manchester city center store but there was none in stock. It seems to be a case of hit and miss.

I work for coop and its store specific based on amount of stock available and rate of sale. so when the plans change there are some crazy reductions. look for the clearance labels
