Um, I get that.

I questioned the comment, because it seemd mm218 was hinting at negative side-effects. And from something like this (basically, high-priced, jack-of-all-trades formulation) I'm struggling to see what he / she meant.

I suppose some people find creatine a little dehydrating and maybe gives them headaches. Perhaps mm218 can comment as to what they were getting at.
