Cloud 9 Vaporiser e-cig starter kit £7.99 e-liquid £1.99 for 10ml at Home Bargains
£7.99Home Bargains Deals
Found these at my local Home Bargains, they had just been delivered, a cheap way to see if you like vaping. They had classic tobacco, menthol and blueberry flavoured e-liquid. Just tried mine and the classic is v strong, should hopefully help me stop now. Couldn't find an exact picture but looks similar to this but a black shell with a clear mouthpiece.

No i got a pm from a mod
Not bad considering I smoked everyday for 17 years prior to this...
It's a much safer and cheaper alternative to cigarettes!
No you`ve not `smoked` but your still a nicotine addict (-:
Well No... because I've been using the 0mg eLiquid for the last 2 months ...
Anyway.. even if it does contain Nicotine it's not a big deal .. The nicotine doesn't do the damage, it's the tar that causes cancer..
Well worth it if you enjoy smoking but don't want the other crap that goes with Tabacco...
For that price its a little more than a pack of 20 but will last alot longer

Sssssh, The government will hear you and massively tax penny sweets!!!
This isn't smoking though
Good deal, odd to see a cloud 9 product in home bargains though OP can you take a picture of your kit and post it, can maybe give an ID as to the actual kit you've bought (if it is like the one in the picture that'll be a Riva 900mAh battery and Vision v2 clearomizer)
Given that there's no real restriction or licensing when it comes to making them too I'd be very wary about what I bought.
You could be smoking anything.
what doesn't cause cancer according to the Daily Mail though?? ;p
30 a day for 30 years + , stopped two years ago without using a crutch.
Used Allen Carrs 'Easy way to stop'
amazon.co.uk/gp/…ile.
That article is based on a french report that in no way claimed that e-cigs where dangerous, it just asked the question.
Please dont take the Daily Mails articles to be gospel, please educate yourself E-Cig Research
as craftybert says
opposed to actual smoking? even if its 99% as damaging as smoking. does it matter, this is a gateway to stop
They are covered and tested under the consumer goods act. They just haven't been tested for medical licensing tests.
That Dailymail article was bull crap. I mean come on - Daily mail, no credible detailed empirical evidence...
Maybe some people dont want to stop but want a healthy way to enjoy 'smoking'. This is where people seem to miss the fact, i am not using it as a method to give up smoking, i enjoy vaping in its own right.
I'm a smoker too, so no axe to grind, but do NOT be fooled into thinking nicotine doesn't harm the body. It's a highly toxic substance and can cause multiple cancers including bladder (how does the tar get there?!)
Well done to you - however most people can't do that. We are talking about one of the most addictive substances in the world, one which once consumed actually physically changes neural receptors. Still, you're entitled to a quick brag.
Nicotine in itself is not carcinogenic, it can aid in allowing the substances from smoke to travel in the bloodstream though, so if there was carcinogens in the e-liquid then the nicotine could allow it to travel in the blood.
Agree. But what I'm saying is that the median lethal dose for an average mass man (say 70kg) is about 35mg. That's not very much at all. It's a very toxic substance. Rather like alcohol, if it was discovered now I think it would be on the restricted list. I can think of hundreds of restricted substances that are far lower in toxicity, less addictive, but of course, aren't taxable....
Plus as it’s an Ego styled device you will be getting a lot more battery and power rather then them rubbish expensive, pretend small ecig things.
Want more power get a vamo/svd or something like that ;-)
Also stop consuming alcohol, sugar, caffeine, red meats, anything non-organic.... the list goes on and on.
Sure we could all run off and live in the amazon, but would everyone enjoy it or survive?
Seriously anyone who drinks alcohol or caffeinated drinks really can't complain about anyone using an e-cig. Its just a legal drug which people enjoy, yes they have a slight smell but nothing more then a strong coffee or liquor would give (or for those anti everything, strong/bad BO).
Don't get me wrong I've never been a smoker, but I believe everyone has the right to enjoy themselves as long as its not harming anyone but themselves and its within the law.
Curious for any feedback before I stock up at that price.
*golf clap*
Why the hell would you sound off against people stopping smoking using a method like this? You needed a method to stop smoking in Allen Carr's book so why don't you keep your martyrical opinions and inflated sense of self out of this. If you wanted respect you should un-puff the chest and perhaps not mention that it took you 30 YEARS to come to the conclusion to stop X)
