Original Poster

Ok obviously not a good deal

can anyone suggest an better alternative please?

Who the hell is CnM???
My Grandma should start making tablets because everyone seem to be coming out of the cave with a tablet...
All BS if you ask me...

Sir the only thing I suggest is go over to slate droid and read their forum/user reviews. A good starting point would be looking at the rk3066 section. If you like the 8 inch form then teclast p85 is quite good (on amazon). I like the 8 inchers (pun intended) because 4:3 ratio seems to pack in a lot of pixels.

CnM is a brand name of Versus, who are a reasonably well know importer/rebrander of chinese tablets.

CnM is exclusive to ARGOS

I bought my son a CnM 10.1 Dual Core tablet (newer that this one) and am genuinly impressed - it compares well to my Asus Transformer (which was a lot more expensive but about 18 months older).

Adobe flash player isn't suported anymore so you'll get no updates, this will probably come with Flash 9 but I would'nt expect a great deal more than that from this cheap tab!

Thank you very much. This answered my questions perfectly. But I am still going to ask my Grandpa to try and make a tablet

I bought one of these when it was being sold for £150, It went back after Christmas as it was slow, unresponsive and the kids ( 9 & 10 years old) lost interest, I paid an extra tenner for a better one.

If you want flash, best of with a Blackberry playbook.

CnM also make DVR's , the sort you link up to CCTV cameras .Maplin were selling them last year . I bought one and I'm using it at the minute . Quite good too.

Had a CnM net book it was useless, would avoid this brand

Avoid these like the plague, brought 3 of the 7'' ones and two developed a fault within a week. Ordered 2 9'' ones as the 7'' ones were all out of stock and they broke on the same day (wouldn't charge). Don't say you haven't been warned....
