yes Luke a 3 & 4 iron would be nice in the set. in the reviews online though the distance seems to be one of their main "pros"

These are aimed at Mid - High handicap players, 90% of which cant hit a 3 and 4 iron anyway.

At £161 these make a good purchase and then a hybrid to go with it for where you would be using a 3 or 4 iron means you would get a good set for £250ish.

these will be replacing my Wilson deep reds fat-shafts 3-SW so it will be interesting to see how I find it in the low irons as I would have previously played my 3-4 off the tee on a lot of tight par 4s

Wasn't doubting that this was a great deal, its just that a typical set now consists of 2-3 less irons than 7-8 years ago, yet the prices on release have stayed the same. Same as with most things these days l suppose

I played them today and the 5 iron easily plays like a 4 iron. so I am going to look for a 4 iron and that should fill the gap of the 3 iron

Always try a set of clubs before purchase. Might look a good deal but if your swing doesn't suit them and you're hitting duffers every other shot, it's a waste of money.

Go to a store, test some out, decide on what is best, then go out and find your best price.

For years manufacturers having been tweaking loft angles to claim their clubs hit the ball further. A modern 5 iron has a lower loft angle than a 4 iron from the 60's

As above, 3 and 4 irons are not for your average golfer. If you aren't carrying the ball 250 with your driver, you probably haven't the swing speed to hit a 3 iron properly.
