sorted byI got the same extra charge and asked Amazon customer service and they said it was a verification amount and that it would be refunded automatically
Just delivered 6 packs on my Amazon Flex run this morning. There were 12 packs for some other poor delivery driver waiting on the shelves.
However if you ordered and recieved the 7 cases, it will change the "earmarked" amount, and authorise the correct charge to your payment method when confirmed.
Did you order them from Amazon / Morrisons and they never refunded you or never appeared with them? Did you make a complain to them as this seems very unusual that they would not replace or refund you for a missing order.
Cheltenham Morrisons has this offer one, I bought a case today.

Indeed. Because of being in a can makes it more expensive. However, taste is fresher and crispier!

I am so sorry you had an unpleasant experience with them. Amazon UK handles all deliveries if you shop with Morrisons at Amazon so Amazon drivers will collect the items from Morrisons and deliver that to your address. This means that Amazon UK should be responsible for any incident like yours. Sometimes items can be missing etc but if you talk to advisors on the chat, they have always offered a full refund. I remember I did that via Iceland. Order few 24x cans. Told driver sorry for making him carry all that stuff at 9am. He said, best get work out done early lol
