Coke Zero with Raspberry (new flavour) - 1.25 litre bottle, £1 at ASDA

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

New flavour of Coke Zero launched, and now available at ASDA in 1.25 litre clear plastic bottles. Quite liked the cinnamon and vanilla flavours, although I don't much care for the other flavours. However I'll probably end up buying this through curiosity. The standard price for this size bottle I believe is around £1.25 to £1.35 per bottle, however the offers do come and go regularly.

I liked the “good old days” where you could have a full fat Cola with Vanilla or Cherry...now you just get the tap water zero coke with a lukewarm gasp of rancid gone off fruit.

i think its more to do with the fact that this a deal site, and people are here for deals, not to be preached to about how bad something is for them.
if you wanna do that then theres websites for that.
What don't make sense is before the tax, sugar free drinks were cheaper... But sugar tax comes in the sugar free increased in price and reduce in size... previously you could buy 2l coke zero £1 now it's 1.25l for a Quid, all a big scam. This sugar tax is heaven for the companies if anything it's doubling their profits.

I don't know why people like any drink or food with Apsartame, Acesulfame K or any other artificial sweetener. To me they just taste bitter and leave a horrible aftertaste. I'd rather they just reduced the real sugar - rather than replaced it. To buy a real can of Sprite these days you need to go to Germany or the US!
Anybody wanting a decent can head to those sweet shops in town that do penny sweets and American ones. They often have the American market full fat Cokes, fanta etc. Cost over a quid each but with each sip the taste travels through you! Taste just like they did hear before Jamie Oliver Pokemon his nose in.

Those are high fructose corn syrup and not sugar, though

Thanos needs to snap Jamie Oliver out of existence in End Game, Jamie Oliver is like a Villian of the food industry, first he bans turkey twizzlers, he ruins school lunches, he taxes the poor even more by begging the government for sugar tax, now he wants to ban 2 for 1 pizza deals

Full sugar coke is selling out everywhere. Their sales must be through the roof!

Just like a deal can't be posted on a deal site without somone leaping on saying aspartame gives you Stockholm mentally haha.

Hope you had your tin foil hat on when you posted that to avoid the internet mind control waves. Need to be protected!!
Tried it as product tester and didn't really like the flavour. That raspberry tasted artificial and not even close to actual fruit. It also has a strange aftertaste.

That's exactly what they wanted you to say !!!!
They try to put everything in it, except sugar.
Don’t usually like flavoured coke, but I do like raspberry Fanta. Will try this

Maybe because the ‘real sugar versions’ of these will be too pricey and sales will be low.

Does people smoke less because it's expensive? Does people avoid sugar because the price? Does people stop using diesel while petrol it's cheaper? Have you ever wondered, where all these money goes to? We are getting poorer and sicker every day, and in the same time someone is getting better and better, carrying less and less about us. If there's something which is really bad you should ban it, not making it pricey. Such an hipocrisy. When will this people wake up?
It is a lie that people live longer and the health system really care. Don't be fooled by statistics, look around, at the people you knew, what's the average age when they die? Stop buying cigarettes, sweets, alcohol, diesel, if we can do that, they will beg us to keep buying it, because to get more money is all that they want. Your GP will not send you to any investigation unless you die in his cabinet, and a paracetamol will heal everything.

Shame.

Have tried the 'proper' version of this in the USA and it is very nice without any unwanted aftertaste.

It's easily one of their best.

Yes. Yes. Yes.
Can someone explain how the diet/sugar free versions of these are the same price as the sugar ones? I guess the days of 2L for 80p are long gone!
This is actually really nice! Bit like drinking a jammie dodger
