That's not more than 50% off

Very good price. Any idea whether this is road-legal or not? (I'm guessing not).
Weird that they tell you it's got a 15L tank first, followed by 'The vehicle is also fitted with a 393cc engine, as well as forward and reverse gears'.
Heat given though.

Any idea on the specific product items and prices coming up on Asda Black Friday OP given you seem to have a bit of insight ta

I'm guessing that the TV will be a 50 inch Polaroid?

I dont know what else is included but i know there will be more than last year. Its a bigger tie in with wallmart to supply more goodies. More than likely the usual suspects making the goods as mentioned above like polaroid tvs etc

I so want one of these.....

It's what happens when you get descriptions/products sold by a retailer that's just interested in box shifting. They do it with bikes too, they come fitted with 'rigid suspension' and so on.

weren't they selling for only 4,000 to

Yep it was £4k, what's wrong with a £500 discount?

and as asda are keeping deals secret how do you know this?

Nothing wrong with £500 discount, it's the deceptive way they increase the price £2000 for 28 consequetive days then magically have a massive sale price of £2500 that's wrong.

well im guessing from the newspaper article that gives all the details that they linked in their original post

Impressive journalism

The asda black friday deals get announced on Wednesday and the quad bike is not one of them the black friday deals are instore only not online but i can say is there are tablets for £29.99 on friday

Would be quite fast (and heavy) with a 15 litre engine

Impressive

I want but I don't need.

Yes - good for Christmas presents. I'm going to get one for each of my daughters.

It amazes me that they have cash to buy this

Almost certainly made in China with inferior parts. Here's a link to the owners manual colemanatv.com/en/…tml . Manual states off road only. I would just get myself a very good used Honda version myself for less money.

Because the Op read the bitter wallet blog?

We've been told at our asda that the only people that will know until the day is the general store managers and the home and leisure managers and apparently they are only getting told 2 days before the event.

*love*

these should retail at 1k. you can buy a decent 07 reg for 3.5k so I wouldn't buy one.
2nd point is you won't be allowed to drive this on road

Yes, you can "run" to school in this but where are you going to put the kids?

I wouldn't trust my life on a thing like this from a camping stove manufacturer

Paul.Jacobs what a pointless post.
You also get dumbest post of the day award.
Is it a deal and the cheapest available yes, would I buy one personally no but it will be useful for others.

Indeed, I'd also like to add that no one should trust a piano and reed organ manufacturer to make motorbikes (Yamaha), or a shipbuilder (Kawasaki) or a silk weaver (Suzuki)

So that only leaves Honda as the only recommended supplier of ATV's who originally started out making vehicles.

This will be like that gumtree deal a few years ago with the chinese 250 and 350cc road legal quad. I think they were £5000 reduced to £2500. Great for the first year but look at gumtree now at all the used ones kicking about and they all need a bit of 'TLC' or are going for spares and have lost a massive amount of value.

If you must buy a quad, buy a cheap 100cc automatic thumb throttle, ive got one that me and the kids use in the garden, probably a bit small for me but pulls fine. And atleast if they get bored of it i can sell it on and get back most of what i paid for it.

I suppose the same way people who use an atv to walk their dog? Would work I imagine....

I'm guessing you people don't work in retail - asda aren't going to ship all their Black Friday goods into store on a Thursday night - they'll bring them in on the previous week/two - for example Easter eggs come in Christmas Eve!

i have heard that there might be some xbox ones on good offer. seeing what comes onto store on deliverys this week

Might as well buy a car
