Good price, but 2000mm hydrostatic head means it won't fair well with much rain. (It does state "fair weather" usage.) Fine if you're close to home and it's mid-summer camping you're wanting to do though.

Camped out in this in an absolute downpour that lasted most of the night, not so much as a drop of water on the seams.

Good Tent BUT gets cold easily due to the large ventilation and there is no electrical outlet area so cable is half way through door. Other than that it's good

Awesome tent, ignore hydrostatic ours stood up to many storms over past 2 years

Excellent tent. A bit of a tardis about it - seems larger on the inside than it looks on the outside and it is so nice that you can stand up in it.

Spook! We saw someone pitch this on White rocks beach last week and wanted one, I guess that going to be the best price!

All of these Coleman’s tents have gone up by loads over the last few years. This was always available for around £130.

It is a good tent, might leak in heavy rain (ours did on seams) and only really good for the summer unless you really wrap up warm or pitch another tent inside it. I guess most people won’t go camping in any other time of year anyway. (edited)

I think you may be thinking of the much smaller 3-man Octago, which has always been around £135.

This is the larger Octagon, and has never been less than £168.

I have this, would strongly recommend it at this price, and would echo the positive sentiments of everyone else.

It's great for proper full-width standing height inside, and has never let me down in the rain. It *is* a bit chilly as it's just a big empty room inside. The flip side is that when the sun's out, a proper door at either end means you can maximise the cooling effect of any breeze blowing through.

It is very heavy, though - you wanna be parking close to where you pitch.

    Good tent.

There's mine with just the inner tent.

    It's near enough 4m wide.

One door has a pole to make it a semi rigid D shape that opens like a solid rather than tent door.
