Nice find @darrengee

I've added some info into the OP, heat added!
This seems like exactly what I'm looking for, but going to wait to see what others think as there's inevitably something I'm not seeing that I should consider. Do black out bedrooms absorb heat maybe?

Edit: seems to be quite a few reviews on Amazon where people have returned as it was letting in water which is a pity. Last few comments seem overly positive and list based which makes me skeptical, but might just be me.

Coleman are a decent brand, however this does not look like the best reviewed tent. The blackout bedrooms are a really good feature, they marginally help to keep the temperature in the bedrooms up at night by around 1 degree and help keep the bedrooms cooler during the day by up to 5 degrees plus no sunlight early in the morning like most tents!

However for the money I would buy a eurohike Hampton 6 for this price as I've owned one and it was a great tent for the price and is very well reviewed.

The "last few reviews" were actually the first two reviews and are obviously fake
Ya I'm going to give a skip on this one based on reviews. Will check out that Eurohike tent for sure - cheers!

EDIT: Eurohike Hampton 6 is currently £224 when you include the code SIZZLER at Millets, so pretty much exact same price and well reviewed - thanks again!

It is a shame the Eurohike doesn’t have black out bedrooms as that is really what i’m Looking for
Thanks for posting! Was about to buy this from Costco for £259.99! I will set it up one weekend and blast it with the hose and check for splits. I'm hoping it was a bad batch as they would soon get a bad reputation if the seams leaked that badly! The Eurohike would be a good choice but I so want the blackout bedroom! I hate waking at 5am when I am meant to be on holiday!
