there are a few sets worth getting ie value for money.
Can you actually use the points for anything worthwhile anymore?

Have to agree Tesco have become very stingy in the last six months not even a 3 for 2 toy event which I think everyone was looking forward too,and not price matching Argos anymore either.
Not to mention no more double points days.
All that said there are a few worthwhile Lego purchases with the Points Deal, and be aware prices on a lot of sets will drop very soon so if there is a set you really want keep checking.

Not Bad you're right but forget the 1000 points and 3 for 2 instead is better - 3 sets for £146 to scavenge the motors, battery packs etc.
I use my points to pay for the cost of the ferry over to the Isle of Wight - the cost is outrageous - so without these offers I'd probably see my parents less! - also an excuse to buy more lego.

Never need an excuse to buy more Lego

They can be converted to Avios, to pay for holiday flights.

LEGO's website tags certain kits as "Hard to find" or "Retiring soon". Last one is a bit of a giveaway.

Hard To Find normally just means it's sold at Toy Shops/The Lego Shop, i.e Lego Ideas sets
