Note that the 'swap 300 nectar points for 5p a litre off' offer appears to have been removed, although in some places such as Liverpool, Esso are amongst the cheapest

I'm getting fed up of Esso offers on my nectar app. As they randomly disappear from the app before the offer expiry date. I had one in November that was collect 500 nectar points for every 15 litre fill. I could use it 5 times, I used it twice and then the offer disappeared with 3 weeks still to go!
Another one was 300 points for 20 litres that again randomly disappeared before the expiry date?
No idea what they're playing at but I might start doing screenshots of offers. As it's definitely a bit naughty what's happening.

I always screenshot things like this or if im using deals on Cashback websites etc. I would rather overkill and have plenty of screenshots etc. and not need them, than not be able to prove something.

Been enough times where I've supplied proof to justify it I think I had the same issue as you with that specific esso deal. Spoke to nectar and they added the points.

Might be worth contacting them and saying you are reviewing your account and have noticed those points didn't track. In my experience nectar customer services are pretty decent (edited)
