This post may benefit someone who’s looking for a sofa and hasn’t noticed the 20% off code and had the time to search Argos looking at sofa’s. This post caught my eye, it’s a nice sofa at a good price which I wouldn’t have known about if it wasn’t for the Op. Heat from me!

because she has stated the original price which it has never been. Typical Argos inflated discount.

Why have you mentioned an old crap post I made. This is a current one an a voucher code not a single deal. Hardly the correct way to post if you use this site properly.

I ordered this about a week ago to be delivered next week. I searched everywhere and couldn't find this £680; argos.co.uk/pro…833
Is this the one that gives you a rash, kills your baby or suffocated your puppy, the listing doesn't say.
We are looking for a new sofa as I can't sit on our current one without pain developing (and then struggling to get up and walk afterwards). We bought it (in our ignorance) for its looks and soft cumfiness many years ago. I notice this one has a high seat so would mean I would not have my knees higher than my hips. Does any one own this and if so is it firm? If not are there any fellow sufferers out there who can recommend one?

Instructions unclear
Some people clearly spend too much of their lives on hot deals! instead of being negative towards someone for posting a deal that may help someone else, vote cold, save your warrior fingers and look for a cheap break as you clearly need one!

Sorry you just seem to know it all. Nice icy deal that one buddy... oh this is 209 degrees... I defend people when I see fit. Any item if a codes used to make it cheaper, it’s a deal whether you like it or not. Hardly old your deal buddy, it was posted the 5th Feb 18... hardly years ago.
For anyone buying this I reckon it's 3 separate sections that need bolted to a metal frame at the bottom - not difficult just prepare yourself.

Usually the backs slide on and off metal guides, pretty simple, push the tabs back on each side and slide the back off,for fitting just engage the back into the guides keeping it straight and slide it back on,either one complete back for non recliner or 3 individual backs for a 3 seater recliner....some also have slide on sides/arms,I've been looking at sofas to check as we have an awkward front door/porch door...I also work in a furniture factory that buys alot of this stuff in lol.

Not a thing I would buy before trying or seeing ,there's a massive difference in firmness and quality with suites/sofas

Foam seats hmmmm had one of those before and it lasted just over a year before it was fit for the bin as the seats had no support at all. Even with insurance they told me it's just wear and tear. So pointless getting insurance and poorly manufactured sofa. I now have one with pocket sprung seat cushions. It's much better even after 3 years. Research your sofa before you buy.

No problem getting it through the door then like my previous sofa. Shame the ivory one is more expensive
