Would probably be disappointed now but Secret of Mana on the SNES was one of my all time favourites.

If you're not bothered about graphics and you like retro, you'll love it. It was amazing at the time.

Was quite rare on the SNES to pickup and costly when I was younger, played Zelda link to the past to death.
I wish they weren't asking £32 for this. Having recently played the Adventure of Mana and Secret of Mana remakes I'm not sure I want to go back and experience their original versions (ok, so I've played the original Secret of Mana and the remake was a bit crap, but still). The only game I've not played in this set is Trials of Mana and it strikes me as pointless to include it here only to release a remake in a few months time.
Plenty of other Mana games should have been included in this set, with maybe Trials being dropped.

Used to play the US import on SNES. Finished the game after spending hours of gameplay. Up there as one of my all time fave RPGs.

Awesome glad I have pre ordered for the switch. Did the US import work directly on the UK SNES?

You say this like the graphics are poor. By today's indie standards they still do a fantastic job.
The Trials of Mana is a lazy port. The AGI stat still does absolutely nothing and Shields still do not work at all. The temerity of asking £32 for 3 roms slapped on a cartridge without improving on it in any way, shape or form is overwhelming.

Ok, we'll compare it to an Atari 2600 and say the graphics are out of this world.

So you're saying the graphics of SoM are poor? In the grand scheme of things? They're as good as a lot of respected games today.

Aww, mate. I'm not interested in debating how 25 year old graphics compare to today's. Ok, the graphics are superb.
