An extra rubbish side instead of wine, poor attempt by marks. Any wonder they're on their arse
I’d take extra food over the wine. The wine is what has always put me off the deal.

Heat added.

Me too, I don't drink so this is better for me.

It’s not the dine in for £10, they have different weekly deals, dine in with the wine will be back next week, it’s never been on every week

No...It's an extra side compared to their 2 dine for a tenner.....but no wine....not a great deal in my opinion.

Nope. The last deal was a main, 2 sides and a bottle of wine. Hence it is a dessert instead of wine now.
It was normally 2 + 2 + 2 + wine. This is 2 + 2 + 2. Have M&S finally managed to shift all their getting on for undrinkable wine?

Either way it's a poor attempt
Poor compared to the usual £10 deal. Hopefully not a sign of things to come.
Thanks for posting, heat added

A very poor offering IMO the cheapest mains missing the chicken out and not many choices, cottage pie, mac & cheese, and lasagne are cheapie recipes and the desserts appear nothing special either.

One which I shall be avoiding for certain.

Exactly! That’s why they’ve called it the “collections” meal deal and it’s purely to promote their ‘high-end’ Gastropub range... IMO it’s still a great deal assuming it’s the two-person mains that are in the offer which are around £7 on their own (single person servings are around £4.50 from what I can gather) so more expensive than most of those meals usually in the conventional dine-in-for-two deal. Thanks for the heads up OP

High end,hilarious

as I said:-

their "high end"

I've tried a number of the meals from Aldi in the past - though not that recently (mostly Specially Selected -their "high-end") but have rarely found anything that I actually liked. As a caveat, my nearest Aldi (Kilburn) is like an after-party at the Jeremy Kyle Show so I'm pretty reluctant to go there that often so much prefer shopping at M&S!

Each to their own though

Were you there when they done the DNA test on Brad and find out if he was the father of little chantelle to Kylie.... I missed that when I was checking out the offer on beans .....

Good news - keeps the snobby rif-raf out of Aldi!

You're comparing it to the Italian meal deal from last week. Everyone else is talking about the standard "dine-in" deal, which always has a dessert.
Does anyone know if any of them are gluten free as I’m a ceoliac, I don’t want to go out of my way if not, I checked the link and only had the vegetarian sign on some of them thanks
