This was crazy hit 2K and then went quiet now its just shy of 4k!

With you. Thanks @MrSprkle I thought it was a specific label. Makes sense now.

You click the link Andy, select the retailer, so Argos eBay for example and it will give you the option to print in store or it will email you a label. each one is individual because you input your returns reference, RMA, Order number etc. example of hte label emailed here

@MrSprkle Do you have a link to the label or a larger image that the members can print off. I've enlarged the one you added but it's still too small to work I suspect.

10% discount collect + couriers **Please do not post / share referrals**£4.99
Hi I just had an email to say I have 10% discount on collect + deliveries I know from before they are pretty good

Where's the deal here? The OP received an email. Not much use to the rest of us I'm afraid.

I had the email, you have to click the email link to activate the discount.

Or maybe it is specific to your account, hence why they emailed you and told you that you have a discount??? If it were for everyone, it would not be a discount, but rather a price reduction ;)

There wasn't any code so maybe it's for everyone

Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm, care to post the code? Although it's probably the same 15% and 10% discount codes which have been floating around here for yonks

Sorry to sound stupid but is there a code for this as I setup a new email account - and as another commented it did find all my old details but the price isnt discounted?? thanx

Good. Did a check on my Monday package and it was delivered on Tuesday - that's Economy! :)

Thanks worked for me

I did a check a few months ago to check delivered on time. 4 out of 5 Economy parcels were delivered next day just like the premium service. For those thinking of using Collect+, although this service is (to my mind) much more convenient than queueing in the Post Office, the price point is what makes it valuable. Today I sent a tracked Economy parcel weighing 2.5kg (so: slightly overweight) for £3.91. The Post Office equivalent was about £6.50.

Been using this since October last year, great service 20% also comes off added insurance and signature, Quidco never tracks so don't bother Use to a year ago or so not anymore usually takes 3 days from collection. True, and if the size is over as well.

Think this has expired, no mention of the 20% and just showing the standard pricing now. Back to hermes for me as collectplus is only cheaper with the 20% off :(

TCB/Quidco now offering up to 9% cashback on top for new customers. Quite a good deal!

Is it not fraud to claim a new customer discount everytime you use them when it is clear you are not a "new" customer?

Comment nope.. Ur address remains same even though u create many accounts

Standard (2 Day) delivery for same price as Economy (3-5 Day) with Collect+£4.89
Until Thursday 4th September you can use their 2 day Standard service to send parcels for the same price as their 3-5 day Economy service. 0-2kg £4.89 2-5kg £6.19 5-10kg £8.29

I will give this a try, thank you.

And now for the REAL reviews from Trustpilot...Personally I'm very happy with the service Collect Plus provide. Only had trouble with one parcel and they sorted it quickly and easily.

What is so good about this offer? you get 2 day delivery for less with MyHermes? I have so far posted 500+ parcels with myHermes, can say 90% of them delivered within 2 days, only 3 parcels had problems so far.

Its ok if your parcel gets to the other end. Seems that both Hermes and Collect+ both have messed up BIG time of late for me. I'll gamble on the homeless junkie in town to deliver my parcels next time[image missing]

well heres an update the first parcel i sent was 1-3 day delivery and was delivered from ne scotland to glasgow in less than 24 hours but i sent another parcel and tried the economy way 3-5 days handing it in on the 28 th at 10am and to the same address but alas it has not arrived yet and after 2 phone calls today i found out that there is no parcel hub in scotland they are put to west midlands or yorkshire and the 1st day apparently doesnt count and neither does sat/sun and they said i would get a update by email in 2/3 hours today which surprise surprise i didnt and they are now telling me that it will probably be delivered by friday but no promises as they dont want to let me down and as it is not late yet for the 3-5 day delivery ??? it also takes 24 hours to get a response so folks beware

Back doors are too large to sent by Collect +

use them all the time for anything over 1kg as RM is now too expensive great service for the money only had one item damaged and I got a full payment for the item plus the delivery cost heat added

i used collect+ last week and if you want £50 cover with myhermes you have to pay an extra £1.25 but it is standard with collect+

Wrong! Both Collect+ and MyHermes offer £50 as standard.

don't work for the council or some other pathetic PC brigade - bet you are against anything of English culture that may offend anyone - shall we ban xmas, etc and destroy anything associated with British culture THAT NOT RACISM YOU IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thought this would never apply to me... WRONG! Had to google cheapest way to send a parcel (out by 4cm!!! for RM). Everywhere I looked, £10 or there abouts. Collectplus then show as £3.99 on this very website. I was linked to this thread :) Thanks OP, saved me £5 or so to send a camera back that Fujifilm won't pay postage on even though the camera is faulty... Hey ho

I seriously don't think it matters one bit what grasp of the English language any shopkeeper that chooses to be a Collect Plus agent is...or for that matter the rest of the delivery service. The shopkeeper knows exactly what to do with the parcels...put them in a store room, it is up to the customer to make sure they are labelled correctly. Someone from Yodel collects, they are then sent to a hub and from there on to your local delivery centre...its not rocket science...I am sure GPS controls the rest from pickup.

Well can only go on my experience, my wife wanted something on Gumtree that was being sold for £100 and weighing 5kg, seller agreed to post via Collect +.....£9.99 signed for and insured up to £150 Seller took parcel to her local Collect + pickup Monday morning, delivered lunch time today (Wednesday) personally cannot grumble about the service or the cost opposed to Royal Mail.

The shopkeeper is part of the delivery chain and if "the Pakistani bloke" has only a vague understanding of English which is likely to be the language of choice for the remainder of the shipping process, any mistakes he makes will most likely affect the final outcome of the delivery process. It may not be politically correct these days to comment on a immigrants capability but I fail to see how this is racism.

I've used this service for six months, no problems reported by recipients. This is available to Amazon sellers and is reliable. We have sent 60+ parcels directly to customer and all have arrived within timescale. It's when people are out they get sent to the local shop for collection.

My friend sent an SIII via Collect+. It got broken. For this I was happy. Steve Jobs 4 lyf

My local drop off store has one little metal shelf (approx 3' x 1') that you get in small food stores. If that gets full they won't take anything else until it is clear. It seems that the whole chain is at fault

Sent another collect+ on Thursday, late afternoon. shop keeper was busy watching the alleged pilfering school kids so didnt look to pleased I was there. However it was picked up Friday and delivered Saturday morning, great service for £4.99.

i just wanted to know people expect from a courier company do want fast delivery with reliable couriers and the items to only go through one sorting hub and then onto local depots and what kind of price would people pay for 1 - 2 day courier delivery within the uk

When you go to the site you can choose wheather you have it sent to a home address or a local shop that runs the service. Having it sent to a home address cost more than having it sent to a shop. You do have to drop it off at a shop initially , they don't do home collection.

do the recipients have to collect from a shop? Just want to double check.

It doesnt have to be sent to a shop mark it can be sent to a home address.

This is a drop at store but the sender can have it sent to a home address or local shop that does the service. I always send it to the home address. The deal as above is for the home service usually £4.99 now £3.99 (2 to 5 kg). Shop delivery is usually £3.49 for up to 10kg.

The service is only useful if both the sender and receiver want to/dont mind having to go to a store to drop off/collect parcel. Useful for those senders that dont want to wait in for the collection though, but I would urge caution using them for ebay items unless you have informed the buyer this is how it will be sent and that it entails them going to collect it. I for one would rather use myhermes for about a fiver through parcel2go, 15kg allowance, faster service and door to door.

Ditto, thanks all, really appreciated this thread and have just used Parcelmonkey in conjunction with Quido. Why anyone still uses Parcelforce (I used to) beats me. There are some impressive deals out there. I just looooooooooooooooove this site

I bet he would have had a much longer journey to the depot to collect his parcel if he missed delivery! They do love their power of neg feedback, don't they? :x

used these for ebay. got my only negative comment. Should have put that it was a collection point in my ebay add though. Personally i thought it would be easier than having to wait in for a parcel all day. The guy who left negative feedback only lived 120yards from the pick up point aswell!

Although this deal has been slated, I actually have found 3 new quality couriers, from other peoples comments. Cheers guys

this is the very ist review i have ever written, but with gross incompetence of their delivery driver, their destination manager and their customer service i feel obliged to let as many people know as possible.i had a parcel delivered to my nearest pick-up point.a parma store not 200 yards away from where i live.i then got my email and code (tracking no),and instructions to go and collect my parcel.simple????no i went to the store with all the information needed.where as to my my amazement i was told that there had been no deliveries made today only collections by the store manager.bearing in mind that the email to me requires a delivery to the storer before the code (TRACKING NO) being released to me the i contacted collect+ on a high tariff phone no,to enquire about the parcel.the customer service operator stated that the item could not be scanned,so was sent back from surrey to the middlands after being held overnight in mitcham email the sender if they wished this parcel to be resent (reposted).i think common sense is completely absent it is obvious otherwise it would have not been sent in the first place.this will be my first and last use of collect+. i hope st nick doesnt use this service.thank god for the royal mail.yvonne swallow. soon i hope to be recipient of my parcel.

Price is now £4.49 but am not going to expire as its a useful thread

Ive used them 4 times, had a slight hicup with the first 2 i sent at the same time as the shop thought they were littlewoods returns so added there own barcode and went via littlewoods first but got delivered still within 5 working days as the HDN manager phoned me and told me he would personally resolve it and he did , next 2 went without a hitch. Everone has problems with couriers , i would use them again without hesitation

ok how does this sounds... Monday 14th Sept - Booked service Tuesday 15th Sept - Tried to drop it in store but they couldnt take it said the system wasnt working. Email to cancel the service for a refund, i get a phonecall saying that they would like to resolve the problem i say ok ill give you the chance so they offered to pick it up from my house. That they did... Wednesday 16th Sept - Picked up from my house Thursday 8th Oct - Still no tracking information since collected, both the buyer and I have contacted them on at least 15 occasions. I have been promised many times someone would get back to me, and then last week i have been promised the Director would ring me to sort out the situation...still nothing. I have requested to speak to him but that 'isnt possible'... Service = Terrible... Promises = Meaningless Parcel = No one knows! 10 Day Promise = 22 Days and counting... Luckily the buyer has been very nice whilst this BS has been happening...and he has even tried to follow it up with no luck. I will never use their services again regardless of anything!

You cannot make such a sweeping statement as this! My husband works for this company and I can assure you that they are now very dilligent about their deliveries. You could make the same statement about any delivery company. Are you able to provide proper facts and figures to back up your statement because if you can then I am sure the branch concerned would love to know about it. If you cant then perhaps you should think before you make a comment like this.
