A seriously warm down jacket at a decent price reduction. If you've ever frozen at a chilly winter football match, out walking the dog on a sub-zero winter day, aurora hunting, or are planning visiting somewhere like Iceland, then this is for you.

It's too warm for when it's only slightly chilly, or if you are going to exert yourself in the cold, but does have pit zips if you do need to dump some heat. It's a substantially thick puffa - not one of these ultra light down jackets (weighs about 900g). It's not waterproof in any way (and down is a bad thing to get soaked through as it loses insulation when wet) so bear that in mind - strictly for the really cold but dry days.

Discount code is EXTRA15 at checkout that applies 15% to take the price from £85 to £72.25

They're a big outdoor wear brand in America, quite similar to North face in that they do a range of accessible outdoor wear, though generally at slightly lower price points.

Why does everyone refer to 'price points' rather than 'prices' nowadays? Genuine question. Drives me mad, mind. Heat added for the offer though.

Good point point Dunno really, but I went and googled it out of interest, and the wikipedia page on price point has stuff like "Introductory microeconomics depicts a demand curve as downward-sloping to the right and either linear or gently convex to the origin" which flew over my head. Think I'll stick to plain ol' price in future

Bought and used a lot of Columbia, it's better quality than North Face in my humble....
