For anyone who purchased this, you should be able to claim a free chopping board set from the Panasonic website:

Link

Only the 5 year warranty deal is listed at the moment, but was able to successfully claim for just the chopping board earlier today.
Be warned that the one in the picture on the John Lewis website showing the Steam+ function is not the one you will get. Mine arrived today and instead of the Steam+ function it had Auto Combi instead. Also instead of the Turbo button it had one marked Chaos which was odd.
I'm not saying it's a bad deal but just in case you saw the Steam+ button in the picture and thought you would get that then you may not as we didn't and that's one of the reasons we bought it.
A little bit misleading there John Lewis, don't show a picture of one product and then send another.

OOS online but my local branch has this. I wonder if you might share the model number of the one you received?

Chaos is usually a defrost option for meat , defrosts more evenly without cooking it , well it is on mine though I don`t have that model.
I received the NN-GD38HS, the link takes you to the John Lewis website showing the NN-GD38HSBP. I would assume the BP just refers to the colour. I don't understand why there are two Panasonic Microwave Ovens with the same part number but different features. John Lewis should know what they are selling and advertise the correct product they have in stock and not show one and then send you another with inferior features.

Hi... thanks for posting this.. I wrongly assumed this had convection style oven feature so I didn't buy, but appreciated you providing those details!

This is not the first time I've heard of JL listing one item, only to deliver another one. I think it's accidental, but sloppy nonetheless!
