Bought this from Amazon at the weekend for £131 and thought I had a great deal.
Arrived yesterday and I have never had a Miele before, am mightily impressed. Cleans better than the previous Dysons that we have owned. Would recommend.
Had a Miele Eco for a few years now. Excellent vac, will never go back to bagless.
Does it have the turbo head, powered by the motor ?
Is it any good for thick pile carpet?
Do any of you guys know a deal on miele bags?

£12 for 12 original GN Bags - amazon.co.uk/Com…CJ/
points to a deal from Kenco Spares (a Miele repair centre based in Ireland), so bare in mind this is a 12 pack wholesale deal of just the bags.
The 4 packs available on the high street for about £11, come with a pre motor filter and a basic post motor filter.

There are cheaper copy bags available, amazon.co.uk/SPA…_dp
but they lack the internal ribbons that ensure the dust & detritus is evenly distributed throughout the bag so you can truly get to use the full capacity.

Kenco Spares, a very useful place for all kinds of parts. I've purchased from them numerous times. Replacement switches, cables - anything you could need to keep a Miele vac going.

You will need to get the turbo brush to deal with mid to deep pile carpets.
It uses some of the suction power that is directed through a turbine which is connected to the brush bar you place on the floor. This agitates the floor surface to get hair or dust out of mid to deep pile carpets.

These brush-heads come supplied with Cat & Dog variants for their cylinder vacuums.
You might want to wait for when they have an offer on them, as the turbo brush cleaning head alone can cost around the £50 mark currys.co.uk/gbu…tml
(£72 direct from Miele).

You can find some 2nd hand ones on eBay. They're fairly robust, non-complicated attachments that will last for years.
Easy to open up to remove tangled hair or fibres.

Miele used to call a model "Complete" if it came with all the attachments, but it seems they're playing marketing tricks to advertise at low prices.
