Compost 20L --Free **** in-store @ tesco

Not sure if this is all tescos or not, but this is the Glasgow Silverburn location. The compost is reduced from £3.00 to .75, which is a good deal in itself. However, when you checkout with your card, it rings out with the multibuy savings 2 for £4.00, so it takes £4.00 off your total. We didnt notice until we left, but we bought 3 dog foods and 8 composts and I thought it was low when our total was £3.28. I realised in the car, they'd actually refunded our card £3.28 and our total was negative!!!!

Good luck with it and hopefully they dont catch on for a while.....PS, head for a thick cashier

Wow! Anything free is good :-D Voted hot!

Sounds good to me gonna go and try this now!!

Great deal!!! let us know if it works... Hot

Just in time for the start of the sunny Pollok relaxing herb cultivation season.

And to think they they claim Tesco is a multinational that fails to adapt for local needs/neds.

Heat and rep and will go there later.

Oh I wish I lived close to a Tesco to try this. My allotment would love it. Nice and hot.

Nice one ..made me chuckle lol ...

Nice deal, but I suspect this is just clearing out old stock at this store or these areas?

Talking about summer goods, my local has BBQs in now, at a wopping £2.50! There were about a pound cheaper last year! Luckily I got a load reduced in October for 44p ^_^

I don't think I've ever seen compost in Perth Tesco... good spot though.

what would a 'thick' cashier look like? Can you describe the one you used? :-D

want one, two, three erm loads ;-)

Haha well you want to try to find a cashier who doesnt find anything strange when 3 bags of dog food and 8 bags of compost come to a negative amount

Got 4 bags and had £2 deducted from total spend, so not quite as good as your deal but 4 bags for £1= Bargain! Thanks H&R

I got 2 bags and NO money off - this was a few days ago. No bargain for me!
