My local store had a pallet full of these with an orange 30% Cheaper Sticker above them, bringing it down to £7.99 a bottle

This Champagne consistently achieves good reviews online. Just Google it! Or is it easier to just make snide remarks? I take it that Loughboro Guy only sups "known brands".

That's cheap!
Wee in a pint glass and leave an hour you then have this

Thought Urophagia may have been one of your things.

Surely better to wee in a Champagne flute? For authenticity.

It's incredible for the price.
I blame Brexit. People are drinking less champagne, re-using old tissues to blow their nose and only changing their socks on the third Tuesday of a month... So, nothing changed there then.

Is it actual champagne with 'champagne' on the label or is it champagne by another name? Has anyone told the French?
They make 300 million bottles a year there.

You can't have Champagne on the label unless it is made in the Champagne region using the Champagne method. Very weird intro paragraph too.
Having just got back from Reims, I'll probably miss out on this decent price nonetheless.

It's ok but funnily enough I think it tastes better if leave it with top off and drink the next night.
It lacks body but is incredible value
So the question I’m going to ask is this national?

The aldi equivalent is better imho but price has gone up again but suspect it will come down at some point. Lidl were doing seabreeze which is chardonnay and pinot noir (2 of the 3 components for champagne) for £3.99 not so long ago and that was good

Checked in mine yesterday and slight reduction on the pallet but op original price, so not national
