Was £175.99 before the Spring Clearance with Kiddicare, looks like a bargain at £43.99 so I've ordered 2!
This group 2-3 seat can be anchored to your car using isofix then the seat belt to secure your child.
Apologies if I've missed any important info, this is my 1st post :-)

ive never understood these carseats, once they grow out of the omes that have built in straps on they go into a booster seat. personally id say these ones are a waste of money. either keep your old one or if big enough get a booster for about a fiver

Our little girl has out grown her car seat but we don't feel safe with her just using a booster seat as it offers no side impact protection, also she still likes to nap on long journeys which is much easier in a high back seat as you have a headrest.
This seat has excellent reviews also don't forget Quidco 5% and Top Cash Back I believe to be around 7%.
Free delivery also ;-)

great that you can anchor them, thats pretty rare for a stage 3.
I am fairly tempted but I can't help but think they are ugly! hot for price though!

Thanks. Just ordered one.

Ordered, Thank you. hot from me!

The main advantage to being able to iso-fix on a high back booster is that when your child is not in the vehicle the seat doesn't become a projectile in the event of an accident. I missed out on this seat when it dropped to £75 a couple of weeks ago so was chuffed when I spotted this offer :-)

Top Cash Back currently offering an exclusive 10.5% cash back on sales over £100 with Kiddicare!

Amazing offer. Bought 2 for my 5 & 3 year olds. Yes the eldest could go on a booster, but I would much rather him be safer & more comfortable. No brainer and all 5 star reviews

bought 2 thanks

Is it true that rear facing is better? Even for older kids?

simples

when your child reaches 4yrs (or a given weight) they move away from a child seat into a booster seat (not booster cushion) where they use the booster seat in conjunction with the seat belt until they are old or heavy enough to move to just a cushion. there's a big gap between child seats with built in harnesses and booster cushions, approx 6yrs. hopefully you're not putting 4yr olds on booster cushions!!

This looks so comfortable, do they do adult sizes?

Because in the event of an accident a child in a seat like this is far safer than in one of the cheap booster seats. If you read up on carseats the evidence speaks for itself. Kids safety is definitely not a waste of money in my eyes but each to their own I guess.

It s even better if you don t use the car...or if you don t travel at all! Would you like to travel in a car facing backwards?

wow, i've just had a quick google and booster cushions are recommended from 4-11yrs of age. that's shocking, no way is a 4yr olds body strong enough to take an impact with just a booster cushion. can't believe anyone would consider this- think of the movement in a side-on impact. what would you rather your childs head use to stop itself from moving - a neck/head support you get with a booster seat, or a glass window.

Great deal thanks ordered

anyone know if there is a car fitting guide anywere for which cars these fit in?

Thankyou, ordered.
Hot Hot!

We had these type of seat for our 2 girls, they are far safer than a standard booster especially when they fall asleep & slump to one side, the seat supports there head, when they just use a booster the seatbelt stops them from slumping to the side too much but they then end up with the seatbelt around the neck area. Both mine kids used them until they were about 10y/o especially when we were going on a long trip. Also if you are unfortunate enough to be in a side impact accident they are far safer & protect there sides & head.
At that price it is a no brainer for the safety of your children when traveling.

Because basic seat only boosters offer no safety whatsoever. It simply makes your child high enough to use a seat belt. It does nothing to protect a 4yr old who has outgrown the last stage if they should be in a crash. Personally I think the seat only boosters should be banned. Width ways they are no different and hardly any more expensive. Always amazes me seeing people driving around in a £50k car with a £5 booster seat.
