:lazy: :lazy::lazy:

I have one of these and they are pretty good - postage is pricey though. Think it was about £8 when I got one...

Heck this must be a good deal, not clued up on golf myself so have no idea how much it is really worth in the real world.

But even if it was just a cheapy golf club, I must stress that for anyone buying anything from here in the first place is going to get an absolute bargain. It must be worth the delivery cost + more alone, so a true hot deal if you ask me. Especially as you only have to spend a tenner and 1p to get this deal in the first place.

I usually get some golf balls to qualify for their 1p offers. Their prices are reasonable and you can never have enough balls...

:santa: Thanks just ordered my partner the club and a lovely wind cheater and even with the £15 shipping still feel I got a bargain...Thanks:;-)

Cheers just ordered the grip trainer some balls and the 1p rescue wood. woohoo

Thanks very much, been looking for a rescue club (my game's going from bad to worse!! and needs rescuing).

Got 2x all-weather gloves for £5.99 and 500 long wooden tees for £4.99 to make up the order! (£8.50 delivery).

Hate to dampen the spirits guys but this club would probably retail for about £10 in most other shops. This site only seems to have three types of clubs. Cheap no name clubs, discontinued clubs from budget makers (Hippo, Wilson, Ram), and the odd very old discontinued club from premium makers (Callaway).

I'm sure most of you are beginners or novices and many of the budget makes will be great for you. But you can get much better deals on ebay. The no name brands like the Texan rescue wood? Fair enough. But this thing will never have sold for £130. Maybe £30. But the very best rescue woods in the business (Callaway, Nike, Taylor Made, Cleveland) sell for £130. They not only use better technology but better materials. Especially the shaft and the face of the club head.

If I was recommending where you beginners should go for golf clubs I would say ebay. Just search for stuff in your local area to save on postage. Stick to brand names (budget or premium). You can get help on brand names here:

You are probably right carleast but people are getting more that just the utility club. I've got the club, 2x all weather gloves and a box of 500 long wooden tees all for under £20 quid (including postage). That's not bad and I doubt you will get much better in the high street or online.

I don't Know what a rescue wood is. I thought it was the on-set nickname given to a 'stand-in' or 'stuntman' in the porn industry.

Nice deal though.

Yep, fair enough. Good for a beginner. But you'd be surprised what you can get on ebay. You can pick up brand name rescue clubs for only £20.

I'd be carefull there too though. You could be buying a fake. They are rife in the Far East and people bring them back & sell em' on E-bay.

Agree. There is a vast amount of counterfiet golfing stuff coming out of china via Ebay and even by the container load to UK Ports; not to say they ain't good though - most of the time they are direct copies or even supplied out the backdoor by the original manufacturing factory. Just check feedback carefully (as per usual) and be very wary at back street sales.
