Received mine today Dead On Arrival!! Haven't got a clue how to send it back, no phone numbers on the site and if you follow the returns buttons in My Account, it seems to lead you round in circles and won't let you contact them!!

Any ideas??

What to do to return your item to us

Managed to finally get the site to work for me. Don't think I'd buy from them again in a hurry though.

I had the same problems, I ordered one, they sent a broken version of the wrong one! Sent it back and ordered a new one so I wouldn't have to wait so long, its been a month now and I have no watch and I'm out if pocket for two. I keep getting generic emails saying sorry for the delay etc.
Terrible service from the hut and I will think hard before ordering from them again.
