cheap

I've been after one for ages, this is brilliant price. Reserved one for collection!
Thank you ever so much OP, fab reviews & great price!

Bought one of these 6 years ago from Argos. Used daily to feed a Chinese family of 8. Still going strong and no less quality than a more expensive or Asian brand.

Agreed-had ours years and gets used regularly.

Just ordered, many thanks!

Will go pick one up tomorrow, needed one of these. cheers

These are brilliant for the money, although the non stick coating can come off the inside if you are heavy handed when removing the rice. Recommended though!

thanks ... will give it a go , can't go wrong at this price, even cheaper than when this was listed 8 months ago

Fully agree.. I have been using it for good 8 monhts.. Best rice cooker ever

cool, reserved one. This should help as I can't cook rice to save my life.

Can you use this to make jook?

Yup.

its been this cheap for yonks

pretty much out of stock in London. I managed to reserve last one @ Old Street

what on earth is jook?

Jook is a Chinese word which when translated means "Congee" I'll let you look up what that is if you don't already know!

Mine takes too long to switch from cook to warm, so ends up burning on the bottom, maybe I'm doing something wrong ?

Good product at good price!

Congee = Rice congee (Tamil:கஞ்சி; pronounced /ˈkɒndʒiː/) is a type of rice porridge or rice soup that is eaten in many Asian countries, made by prolonged boiling of rice in copious water, with flavorings.

Reserved myself one after my 1litre model died on me last week. Nice one OP
