I have this, it's brilliant!
we have one too its very good but rice does get a little burnt at the bottom from time to time
We have this, rice cooks so much better in it than in a saucepan
i've had this for 3 years now & its still working fine
mine broke after two weeks. the element stopped working
Had this same model for 15 years, used 2/3 times a week and still going strong, cooks rice to perfection
I've got this, trick is that you don't put so much rice in at one time, put boiling water in first to speed up the process.
I mainly use it to cook pasta which it does brilliantly.
I have the old one last for 3-4 year then stop working. I bought a new one but stop working within a month. Well...... It depends how your luck is.
Ours lasted about a year unfortunately (used about twice a week)
There's a fantastic brand of rice cookers called P-O-T...They last absolutely ages!
I have one of this for about 7 years and is still going strong. l used it almost 3/4 times a week.

yeah but with the brand P-O-T you have to watch it and regulate the heat to it conscientiously, but with this rice cooker you can just put the rice in and leave it and it will cook it and keep it warm all by itself

I just use the Delia method. 15 mins perfect rice. Although if i was making rice 4 times or more a week I might jump at this.
Mine has just packed up after 7 years of service. Just reserved its replacement. Hot.
