20% saving is pretty good if you ask me?!

No good if the non stick comes off.

Does anyone know if the wok has a lid?

no lid

Hope the non-stick coating doesn't start to peel off after a month.
Heat added!

Bought one of these and destroyed it somehow on its first use. It was £3 from the argos clearance section a month or two ago. Dire quality. Would avoid unless you plan to pour in about a tankers worth of oil. Will probably take it back for a refund at some point.

Not a good buy. Cheap non stick will just flake off (into the food) and the carbon steel will rust. I bought a cheap Argos pan set and that was my experience ! Best to STICK to 18/10 stainless steel. QVC Cooks Essentials are good and you can use metal implements on the Du Pont non stick. QVC guarantee them for life and will refund or replace if any sign of damage in use ! It is a matter of you get what you pay for !

I should hope so, it's a Wok.
But it does have a handle, so we're all good :D.

So, this shouldn't be a good deal because a Wok that is 2cm smaller and doesn't include delivery costs £1 more?
I fear your logic may be a little flawed.

looks good...
and for the price, won't be sad if it doesn't last for a life-time

Cookworks = cheap rubbish. Don't be fooled by Argos's sale/outlet prices.

Spend a few extra quid and get a decent one. These are just a waste of money.

Exactly - buy cheap buy twice certainly applies here.

1mm gauge?

I'd expect to burn everything you try to cook. Tin can wok. Little wonder its so cheapo.
