The Cookworks slow cooker ensures your dinner is ready when you walk through the door! Its 3.5 litre capacity is just right for a couple or a small family. Keep an eye on how your casserole or stew is cooking through the glass lid and enjoy dinner when you want it as the 'keep warm' function will keep your tasty dish at the perfect temperature until you're ready to serve up.

Ah the slow cooker – the tortoise of the cooking world and we all know how that story turned out! The tortoise was victorious in serving up mouth-watering meals that have been slowly cooking away during the day. The result is the tastiest and most tenderised meat you can imagine! Now onto its features. If your meal is finished before you're ready to eat, hit the 'keep warm' function until dinner time. Its glass lid allows you to take a peek at the progress of your feast and its generous 6.5 litre capacity will feed the whole family.

Why would you want a timer?

Asda are doing one for £9 which is 3l says out of stock online but loads in store at the weekend - might be worth a nose in store

To switch it off, in case I forget.

I may be wrong, but these seem to be the normal price. They're not on special offer.

I know that technically cannibalism is not illegal in this country, but please take your disgusting habits elsewhere

Decent deal. We have a big 6ltr Russ Hobbs one.
Lovely for stewing, or a nice juicy joint.
HEAT!!!

You can cook all sorts in these.
I'm not a big fan of liquorice, but I'll try owt once!
Lol

Slow cookers can be turned into sous vide for very little. wire up a temperature based switch (~£5 on ebay) to a plug adapter and the thick ceramic pot will keep a fairly consistent, precise temp.

Have the older 6.5ltr one and still going strong. Great for slowcooking all sorts & good family size. Bargain for that price and size!.
