Picked one up a couple of days ago but not had chance to use it yet. Looks like it should hold a couple of quarter pounders (Argos didn't have any dimensions on their site).

thanks for the info

Thanks, reserved one.

OK, finally got round to using it last night. Worked great, took a couple of minutes to warm up then did 7 'standard' sausages at the same time. Cleaning was simple, just wiped down the plates with kitchen towel to remove any gunk then wiped with a damp dishcloth.

Pics added to give an idea of size. Those are quarter pounders on it and it measures 9x5 inches give or take a little for the curved edges. Hope that helps any other buyers!

Is that what that stringy stuff I end up with around my burgers is, I always thought it was some sort of fancy cheese....:p

great info man. rep added to you.

Added rep! Do you know if it can cook from frozen?

Great product

good post heat and rep added unforunately not big enough for our family

this may be a stupid question, but is this similar to a george foreman? ie, is the grill slanted to allow the grease/oil/fat/whatnot to drip away?

yeah, it's basically the same but smaller(?). I have one similar to this and you see the gunk in the little tray when your done cooking.

Im not sure, but i think i have the same one but branded differently because it looks exactly the same...hmm..

Hopefully not another stupid question but would you be able to do toasted sandwiches on this like I've been able to do on a George Foreman in the past?

I won't buy one either as this isn't any bigger than my George Forman but I will give you some reputation too. It will help buyers make an informed choice.

Whatever you can do with your Foreman you can do with this.

I bought one yesterday (after seeing it on here).

Its exactly the same as a George but different dimensions. It's wide and short.

My George has lost all of its coating so this is a perfect replacement.
