why pay this money for a rice cooker when you can just make it in a pan!!!!!!

Probably because you can bung some rice in, then the water and turn on and forgot about it till done. Plus it keeps it better for longer than a pan. But if £12 is too much money to make life a bit easier, keep with the pan.

Not a good price since the breville which is a much better rice cooker is half price down to £19.99 argos.co.uk/m/s…htm

Great rice cooker. Using one for last 4 years. Paid £9.98 was half price from £19.99. Would recommend.

Do you still have to wash the rice before you put it in the rice cooker?

I have 'rice cooker' saved as an alert because I was waiting for this exact model to come up as a deal again. because it's one that I own already, and it's good, just a little scratched. but snowflake, I've seen you comment on another rice cooker deal before, what is your problem with people buying rice cookers? you seem to have it set as a keyword alert, just so that you can call people lazy and go on about how you use a pan.

is this how you get your kicks in life?
