this deal has not expired

Not expired, just reserved one.

Thanks op

reserved thankyou

not expired just yet.

Do these give the water a particularly bad plasticy taste? A few of the reviews on Argos' site mention this.

Also, not expired, it looks like I could still reserve one.

Yes but it mentions it in the instruction booklet that you should "always boil your kettle a couple of times before you use it to make drinks. If the taste persists add 2 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda to the full kettle, boil and discard the water"

I will keep you updated about the taste when someone needs a cuppa.

well guess what we tried the second thing with the soda thing and my mum put baking soda instead and when the kettle boiled, LIKE A VOLCANO it poured water bubbles out all over the worktop and brand new microwave!!
We never knew the difference between the two but darn did we find out!

I bought this and I haven't noticed any funny tastes, I boiled it the once and emptied it then used it as normal and tea tastes as it should lol!

The blue light is quite funky too

Plastc taste is gone.
Kettle microwave and toaster do match although...
the toaster looks more polished steel instead of brushed not that much of a proble

Showing as £19.99 now... still with free toaster mind you, but not as hot a deal.
