Looks good to me. Any advice on how decent it is for a singleton for the odd bacon sandwich?

I've not used this one myself but from the description I'd say it would be perfect for what you're looking for.
I read this twice before I realized it didn't say clockworks

I don't think it would be big enough for a whole chicken. The description says chicken pieces. ;-)
This is VERY small and lightweight. Wasn't very happy and I returned back.

Don't take my word. Buy it, if you are looking for a compact one. If you are satisfied with your purchase, keep it. If not, return back.
good find op, heat
I have this and it's great for heating up small things like pies, grilling bacon or sausages etc, and making cheese on toast. You can put top and bottom grill on or just the top one.

No, too small for that.
If you are a student or have no money or space, then these are ideal as a small stop gap alternative.
If you have room for a proper cooker, then you you would be far better off getting a proper full size cooker with a full size over. On a limited budget you would be better getting a second cooker out of the small adds in the supermarket or for free off of your area freecycle website.
From memory wilko / wilkinson always used to sell these àround £19.99?
Personally, if I needed something like this I'd opt for a combi microwave. Should be able to get a better volume, turntable, plus convection / grill / microwave all in 1 - Won't cost £19.99 but would provide a lot more options.
I have one of this and have been using it for more than a year. It is very good to warm or to roast ready meals that you buy from supermarket.

yeah, i also have one and it do help you roast the raw food quickly
Ive had one of these for a year and it's fantastic. Because of its smaller size things cook quicker in it therefore it saves on your bills, as well as being only 1000w. Tall things like pies don't cook too well in it as the top or bottom burns depending on where u put the shelf. But for food like pizza, breaded chicken like nuggets/dippers/kievs, fish portions and garlic bread etc. It's great. I use the fan oven instructions and reduce the cooking time and food comes out great. Heat added, lol
Looks identical to my "Hinari" badged model, with same specs. Concur, these are fab at doing pizza (better than my main oven) - but the hinari one did come with a pizza stone. Great for ready "junk" food and whatnot on toast.
get the bigger size with 3 knobs
usually goes on sale for 25
timer, temperature, and heating element setting (top, bottom, or both)

Afraid it only makes decent bacon sandwiches for people in long term relationships

id agree with the bigger size, currently on offer at 29.99. I have a small version of this post from aldi and having the different cooking settings, can cook using top/bottom heat, can grill using top only and can warm up using bottom only. this small one posted here looks like it only has temp and time settings, would spend tenner more and get a nice size with better settings, I know I would I'd buying again.
